I stayed on the bed after the bathroom door slammed shut.
The sound echoed shortly through the suite before silence settled again, thick and heavy, filling every corner of the room. For a few seconds, I just stared at the closed bathroom door without moving at all, one arm resting lazily against my knee while the other stayed stretched across the mattress beside me.
Blackmore had practically run in there.
