"Watch both daggers carefully...or you might die."
The first years could not understand what Instructor Aphon meant by these words, but what they could feel was the heaviness in the air.
"I'll throw these two daggers along with a few more daggers at you guys, and you'll have to pay attention to it."
"The daggers will move randomly and attack anyone of you. Watch the daggers and be attentive."
"Dodge if you have to."
Many of the first years were baffled at Instructor Aphon's choice of words.
Dodge?
Why do they need to dodge the attack of an Instructor when he was not planning on killing them?
Even Simon was baffled.
Unfortunately for them, Instructor Aphon was more of a demon of action than of words.
He flicked one of the daggers across the steps and it flew toward the wall.
Everybody watched the dagger, but in the next moment, another dagger flew behind the dagger and hit it.
Ting!
