We decided to stay with them for the three days we would be here since those Anomalies might come back any time.
To begin with, it was weird that they retreated from the fight.
Anomalies aren't known to have self preservation instincts so they would usually throw themselves into the fight to die even if it was clear that they were completely outmatched.
The only time where they would actually run away from a fight is…
"I believe there might be a Commander Class Anomaly…" I blurted out as we were gathered for dinner that night.
Olivia nodded, "The fact they chose to run away was already a clear indicator of that."
A Commander Class Anomaly… These are Anomalies that, unlike the other Anomalies that are commonly seen around, are Anomalies that have some semblance of intelligence.
These are rather dangerous as they are able to command and control a group of Anomalies around them at a time and they possess some semblance of intelligence that allows them to think for themselves.
