The guy had his phone out and was holding it towards Ava as though it was a done deal that she would definitely accept his request and give him her number.
Honestly… I don't even blame him for trying… You might have a next to zero chance of actually succeeding but for someone like Avatasia? It was probably worth a shot.
Ava smiled at him, her face partially shadowed by the brim of her hat as she eyed the guy who asked for her number.
"Ara? Are you interested in little old me? I'm flattered~ However, I'm afraid I have to tell you that my heart already belongs to someone else and I am not interested in anyone aside from him~"
As if to make sure that there was no question as to who she was referring to, she wrapped her hand around mine and hugged me tightly, leaning away from the guy.
He was obviously not amused by her reaction as he shifted his gaze to me, his brows furrowing slightly as he looked me up and down, clearly sizing me up.
