Slowly rising to his feet as the dust settled, Ray could be seen looking at the dead…broken pile of bones before him while his gauntlets shattered into a few pieces—falling from his hands.
"We-We defeated it?!" Van shouted in shock as he refused to believe that they had actually won.
Seeing how powerful and versatile the creature was, Van was definitely sure that they would lose their lives.

Trisha was on her knees panting in exhaustion.

In a few seconds, the dust settled totally to reveal Ray standing in front of the pile of bones with blood rolling down his lips.
That was the confirmation they needed.
