Needless to say, resources were very important in the apocalypse. The zombie virus had even managed to mutate plants, making it less plausible to plant and farm edible crops.
But with the Nine Rules of Order, no one had to worry about their enemy infiltrating their base at night to destroy or contaminate their food supplies and resources.
Due to this, human evil had become much more restrained under the constraints of the Nine Rules of Order. The zombie apocalypse had become a much more straightforward "kill and plunder" between humans and a war between evolvers and zombies.
It allowed survivors to focus more on important matters, greatly increasing the survival rate of Terrans within the zombie apocalypse.
Although several billion people still had died, the casualties would have been much greater if not for the establishment of the Nine Rules of Order.
It could be said that the people on Main World Terra owed the Sovereign of Order a lot.
