Personally I didn't have much of an impression about him, leaving aside the fact that he was the first in line for the throne, and House Black was a deadly power in the world.
From all my interactions with the guy so far, one thing was crystal clear... Black was a good actor who understood the dynamics of social power and the ways to maintain it.
He had never tried to force his domination over me, but at the same time, Leon had laid a pretty decent groundwork to make me understand who I was dealing with.
Showing his power subtly without letting it turn into disrespect... I had to say the President was truly well versed in the arts of governing the masses and the nobles alike.
