"Cough, cough."
Inside the school hall, Xin took a sip of medicinal soup that nourished the soul and blood, calming the chaotic qi within his body.
After his complexion improved slightly, he finally stood up and walked out of the school hall, stopping on the steps in front of it. He scanned the students and said:
"In the past few days, I entered a state of epiphany and rested for a few days. I am very happy that during this time, you continued to cultivate in an orderly manner and helped each other."
"But there is one thing I am not very satisfied with."
"The academy has always taught benevolence, love, filial piety, and fraternity. Although the academy had some conflicts with Supreme Pontiff Bibi Dong in the past, since Supreme Pontiff Bibi Dong has come to the academy peacefully and chosen to stay, she is a guest. You should not complain about her behind her back."
Xin spoke up for Bibi Dong, causing several students to cast resentful and somewhat wronged looks in his direction.
But Xin remained calm and continued teaching them:
"Here, I want to criticize Rongrong. You are the senior sister of the academy. When I am not around, you and the other core disciples should regulate the academy's atmosphere."
Ning Rongrong, who was singled out, bit her lip and lowered her head in shame.
"I'm sorry, Teacher Xin. I didn't set a good example. I know I was wrong."
"Alright, I also understand your hostility toward Spirit Hall. This is human nature. From the academy's perspective, it is not a big mistake. Take it as a lesson this time."
Xin was not overbearing or overly strict in punishment.
Instead, he shifted the tone and continued:
"However, Supreme Pontiff Bibi Dong has already reconciled with our Heart of Fire Academy. She is now also a very important person to me.
I have hired her as an auxiliary teacher for our Heart of Fire Academy. In the future, she will help me manage the academy, impart the Dao, and teach. I hope everyone can respect Teacher Dong."
"Teacher Dong, this is the Cherry Blossom Token. With this token, you will be one of the teachers of Heart of Fire Academy from now on."
"Similarly, I also hope that you will genuinely treat these students well, treating them like your own children, and not do anything that would harm their cultivation or future. Otherwise, the academy will also punish you."
Xin spoke continuously, taking out a crimson-silver cherry blossom token from his embrace and solemnly handing it to Bibi Dong.
This Cherry Blossom Token was different from the Cherry Blossom Tokens held by core disciples:
