Bahamut, Sel, and Ren sat on their roof balcony, gazing into the sky. The sun was just setting, and the sky looked beautiful with its red-orange hues. Bahamut's blindfold was off as he lay with his hands behind his head on the floor of the roof.
Sel sat by him, absentmindedly cleaning a silver dagger with a blue gem embedded in the hilt.
Ren had transformed into his five-foot form and copied Bahamut's position of sleeping.
"So, do you have anyone you like? Sel?" Bahamut suddenly asked.
Sel didn't answer at the moment. He continued cleaning his dagger while his blue eyes reflected the glow of the sunset. His expression was serene and calm as always.
There was silence for about two minutes before he talked.
"I don't think it would work..." Sel said with a deep exhale as if he'd already accepted the truth. A truth Bahamut didn't know about.
"What do you mean it won't work? Have you tried? And who is it?" Bahamut looked at him in confusion.
