It was nighttime, and Bahamut lay on his bed with Ren sleeping beside him in his small bunny form. His marks had now multiplied. They were four now. Two on his body from his head to his tail area, and two along his arms.
Sel was also fast asleep with a scroll lying beside him. It was a daily mantra. It was what he read before he slept. Bahamut's eyes were open as he stared absentmindedly at the ceiling of the room. Nothing was running through his mind. He was blank.
All of a sudden, his eyes closed shut. It closed so forcefully that he wouldn't even be able to react. The world disappeared.
Bahamut's eyes snapped open, and he realized that he wasn't in his room. There was no ceiling, no walls, no Ren and Sel. It was just a crushing weight.
