When the three conspirators returned to the table, things had escalated.
Bunny and Zee were hanging all over Jax.
Bunny was purring like a cat—even though she was very clearly a bunny—while rubbing her cheek against his shoulder.
Zee, meanwhile, had wrapped herself halfway around his arm and was whispering things in his ear that Jax was absolutely not sober enough to process properly.
At one point she had begun politely—but very persistently—begging him to tie her up in ways that probably should not have been discussed in the middle of a fairy village.
Jax blinked slowly.
He knew Pixie Mead was potent.
It always made people cheerful.
Relaxed.
Happy.
But this was different.
He was happy.
Very happy.
But the place that happiness was centered was… noticeably lower.
The returning girls noticed immediately.
The two fairies froze mid-air as they spotted the very obvious evidence of Jax's condition.
Pixelle and Lexi exchanged glances, trying to decide what their next move should be.
Nyxian did not hesitate.
She marched straight over and jumped directly into Jax's lap.
"Beloved!" she announced loudly.
Jax blinked.
"I think it's time we all head to bed."
She emphasized the next words dramatically.
"For ALL of the Vixens."
Llandra cleared her throat.
Even she was struggling with the effects of the cider.
Her normally calm and regal composure was hanging on by a thread.
"I… think that would be an excellent idea."
She smoothed her hair.
"A strategic retreat to bed would serve us all… very well."
Nyxian rose from Jax's lap, but not before rubbing against him one last time.
She leaned down and kissed him.
"We're inviting all of the Vixens tonight."
Nyxian tried to say something else, but the combination of talking and kissing made her words nearly impossible to understand.
Jax blinked slowly.
"Whatever… okay."
That was apparently good enough.
He stood and followed the group toward the caravan.
Inside the dimensional living space, the Vixens began preparing for bed.
The room was full of giggling, stumbling, and the occasional complaint about clothing refusing to cooperate.
Then Bunny froze.
She pointed.
"What is she doing here?!"
Standing among them was Queen Pixelle.
Human-sized.
And apparently preparing for bed along with the rest of them.
Bunny immediately tried covering herself.
Nyxian waved dismissively.
"You heard Jax."
"She's a Vixen."
"She's joining us."
Bunny looked like she wanted to argue.
But Nyxian had already moved on.
Jax was already at the far side of the bed when he turned around.
Pixelle's wings exploded into motion.
Her five-foot form trembled with excitement.
Zee actually glanced behind her, half expecting the paint on the walls to start peeling from the sheer speed of Pixelle's wingbeats.
Across the room, Lexi stared.
Her eyes slowly widened.
"Oh my god…"
She whispered quietly to herself.
"It's true."
Jax loved having the system.
It had saved his life more times than he could count.
But sometimes…
He really wished it had a playback function.
Because the next morning…
He had absolutely no idea what had happened.
Jax woke up naked.
That part was normal.
The Vixens sleeping around him?
Also normal.
But the tiny three-inch fairy queen asleep just beneath his lower stomach…
That part required explanation.
Jax stared down at Pixelle.
Then sighed.
"I really need to stop turning off my poison resistance."
Carefully, he lifted the sleeping fairy and placed her on Nyxian's chest.
Nyxian barely stirred.
Jax quietly climbed out of bed and began getting dressed.
That's when he noticed something else.
Lexi was asleep on Bunny's chest.
Comfortably nestled between her massive breasts.
Jax paused.
"…When did she join?"
He tried to remember.
Pieces of the night came back.
Pixelle joining them in her human-sized form.
Her excited screams.
Calling him "her King."
Beyond that…
Things got hazy.
Normally Jax didn't wake up on his own.
Usually one of the Vixens would wake him in creative ways that conveniently earned them extra iPoints.
But this morning?
Everyone was still asleep.
Fairy Cider and Pixie Mead had clearly taken their toll.
Jax, however, felt perfectly fine.
His system must have kicked back in sometime during the night.
So he did the logical thing.
He went to the kitchen.
Jax began cooking.
If the women were going to wake up hungover…
He was going to fix it.
Soon the smell of breakfast filled the caravan.
One by one, the Vixens slowly emerged from the bedroom.
Llandra arrived first.
She used the back of a chair like a crutch.
Not because she was hungover.
Because she wasn't entirely sure sitting would be comfortable yet.
Zee shuffled in behind her.
Nyxian followed, looking very pleased with herself despite the obvious soreness in her step.
Nyxian stretched.
"Oh… that was a good night."
Jax raised an eyebrow.
Nyxian grinned.
"I also put Pixelle on Bunny's chest so she could keep sleeping."
Jax nodded.
"That explains that."
Then something occurred to him.
"Did Lexi join us last night?"
Nyxian blinked.
"Oh."
"You don't remember?"
Jax slowly shook his head.
Nyxian shrugged casually.
"Well after watching for a few hours she was clearly curious."
"So I asked if she wanted to get a closer look at your sword."
Jax froze mid-cooking.
Nyxian continued casually.
"They were both in their fairy forms."
"I used them together."
Jax slowly set down the pan.
"To pleasure you."
"And them."
"Oh dear goodness…" Jax sighed.
Now parts of the night were definitely coming back.
Bunny was the last to enter the kitchen.
Pixelle and Lexi were perched on her shoulders.
All three looked slightly disheveled.
Jax had already prepared small plates for the fairies.
But he didn't want them to feel excluded.
So he made their food identical to the others—just smaller.
Rather than sitting in chairs, the two fairies simply sat on the table beside their plates.
The Vixens all had a habit.
Whenever they saw Jax in the morning…
They kissed him.
Bunny did the same.
Pixelle hesitated.
She wasn't sure what her place was this morning.
They had welcomed her last night.
But would they today?
And what about Lexi?
Was she part of this group now?
Or just a witness to madness?
Jax poured juice into tiny cups for both fairies.
They were still a little oversized, but fairies ate a lot for their size.
Their wings burned enormous energy.
Pixelle studied her plate.
The portions were perfect.
She assumed Jax had known exactly what fairies needed.
Which only made her admire him more.
Jax leaned down and kissed each fairy gently on the head.
"I had a really great time last night."
"Thank you."
Pixelle immediately turned around.
She flew straight up and planted a kiss on his lower lip.
Lexi hesitated.
Then flew up and kissed his upper lip.
Jax blinked.
Well…
I guess they're joining the group.
At that exact moment—
Both fairies heard a soft chime.
Their systems activated.
Pixelle tilted her head.
Pixelle:
What are iPoints?
