When morning arrived, Willow and Kaila woke up very early. They wanted to leave the mansion before anyone else woke up. Both girls got ready for school quickly and went downstairs.
They stepped into the dining room hoping to grab something fast and go. The house was still quiet. Only the soft sound of plates came from the kitchen.

Willow walked into the kitchen to get some bread and juice. But froze when she saw Lucien standing there, already dressed for school. He looked like he had not slept well.
