Julian didn't stop until he was standing directly in front of her.
"You can stay," he said quietly.
Lyvana blinked, her brain feeling foggy. "Huh?"
"You can stay," he repeated. His gaze tracing the line of her mouth before meeting her eyes. "And you can keep the shirt. It looks better on you than it does on me."
Lyvana looked down at the soft white fabric. Then, an embarrassing thought hit her. He had been standing right there in the doorway.
Did he see her change?
She pushed the thought away as fast as she could. If she was pregnant for him, he had obviously seen her naked before.
I mean, you have to have to get naked to get pregnant, right?
The sudden mental image of being in his arms. Of his hands moving over the very skin she was trying to hide, sent a rush of heat to her face so intense she was certain she was glowing.
"Thank you," she murmured.
"You can wait in the living room. I'll join you once I've finished up in here."
"Right. Sorry."
