The reason I gave him the chakra chains and flying raijin early is because I'm buffing the hell out of these characters some of these characters are weak as fuck like Riser he losing to part 1 Naruto and I also nerfed the living hell out Naruto also in a later season I'm going to explain why Naruto has the boosted gear.
