"Togekiss, use Air Slash!"
Togekiss nodded and beat its wings, sending out a volley of razor-thin wind blades. The storm of air sliced through the drifting Datura petals, shredding them into fine dust. For a moment, it rained crimson across the battlefield like a bloody shower.
"This person has a split personality; the other one possesses an extreme desire for destruction," Mewtwo suddenly warned.
Feng Che watched as Zhi's hair bled from green to a vivid, visceral crimson. "I've been asleep for so long," the girl whispered, her voice raspier and filled with malice. "It's time to fight again. High Priest Shaka told me to kill everyone present."
Hong Zhi turned a bloodthirsty gaze toward Feng Che. "Go, Bellsprout!"
She released a Bellsprout that stood two meters tall. It looked vacant, with an oversized head, but its body was a mass of bulging, corded roots that resembled rippling muscles. It looked less like a plant and more like a high-level bodybuilder.
You'd have to feed it pure growth hormone to get a Bellsprout like that, Feng Che mused, staring at the plant that had the physique of a Machamp.

"Bellsprout, use Vine Whip!"
The creature's roots tapped the ground, and instantly, a forest of vines erupted from the earth. They twisted together to form a gargantuan wooden dragon that slammed down toward Feng Che.
"Togekiss, Air Slash!"
The translucent blades acted like surgical scalpels, severing the thick vines at the base. However, the plant's growth rate was supernatural; new vines sprouted from the smooth, cut surfaces almost instantly. Togekiss flapped its wings gracefully, maintaining a barrage of wind, while Bellsprout manipulated its roots into a literal "Sea of Trees" to trap its prey.
Suddenly, Bellsprout exhaled a massive cloud of purple toxic mist. Everywhere the gas touched, the surrounding mountain flowers withered and turned black.
"Are you the Feng Che that Shaka is so afraid of? You don't look like much," Hong Zhi sneered, watching him disappear into the fog. "My toxin corrodes lung tissue upon inhalation. Soon, you'll feel the fire in your chest before you vomit blood and die. This composite poison—Datura scent mixed with Bellsprout's miasma—is my ultimate technique. There is no antidote."
"Mewtwo, use Mind Seal to suppress that destructive personality," Feng Che sighed telepathically. "I don't have time to play games. Speed is the priority."
The moment he spoke, a sharp shriek erupted from Hong Zhi's throat. She clutched her head as her hair faded back to its original soft green.
"Wait... what happened? My head hurts..." Qing Zhi reappeared, her memory a complete blank. She looked at the battlefield and gasped. "Little Sprout? Why did you come out on your own and fight Mr. Feng Che's Togekiss? Come back, quick!"
Her face flushed deep red as she hurriedly recalled the muscular Bellsprout and even locked the Poké Ball's manual switch. "Mr. Feng Che, I'm so sorry! Sometimes I just lose consciousness, and my Pokémon... they act on their own!"
The "Qing Zhi" personality was painfully shy. She twisted her fingers together, her face a mask of guilt and embarrassment.
Suddenly, two massive pillars of water erupted, trapping both Qing Zhi and Taki within liquid prisons. They thrashed wildly, unable to break free.
Wei stepped forward, finally throwing off his heavy cloak. Beneath it, his body was a nightmare of grafted Octillery tentacles.
"Taki, Zhi... High Priest Shaka was right. You both were destined to betray him," Wei said, his tentacles writhing. "He told me that if you showed any sign of turning, I was to 'clean the house.' Feng Che, remember the name Wei—the King of the Great Sea."
"Go, Kingdra!"
Wei released a Kingdra, a seahorse-like dragon with antlers and wing-like fins. Kingdra immediately began a Rain Dance. Above Mt. Tensei, the sky turned a bruised purple-black. Jagged lightning raced through the clouds, and a torrential downpour began.
Feng Che saw Taki and Qing Zhi beginning to drown in the water pillars. With a flick of his wrist, his psychic power shattered the liquid restraints.
"Cough! I almost met my ancestors!" Taki wheezed, spitting out seawater. Qing Zhi's face was deathly pale. Though her vines allowed for some submerged gas exchange, she wasn't used to breathing through them yet. A faint green light glowed from her skin as she drew energy from the surrounding trees to stabilize her vitals.
"In the rain, my power multiplies!" Wei laughed ominously. "Maki, release your Pokémon! Join me in killing these traitors. Shaka's orders are absolute: Feng Che dies on Mt. Tensei!"
Wei pulled two more Poké Balls from his ring. "Go, Seadra and Sharpedo!"
The Seadra bristled with poisonous spines, while the Sharpedo coated itself in a high-speed veil of water, lunging for Taki. Sharpedo opened its massive jaws to bite Taki in half, but Kommo-o lunged in front of its trainer, shoving a glowing Aura Sphere into the shark's mouth.
BOOM!
Sharpedo's teeth were shattered by the blast, flying out like shrapnel. It let out a pained howl, but its teeth began to regenerate almost instantly as it continued its assault. Meanwhile, the Seadra fired its toxic spikes at Qing Zhi, only for the muscular Bellsprout to force its way back out of its ball to shield her. It caught Seadra by the throat with its thick roots and whipped it into the air.
Wei is stronger than the other two, Feng Che noted. He's a master of weather manipulation and his Kingdra is a High-Heavenly King rank.
Facing the Kingdra, Feng Che released his own water specialist.
"Greninja, seize control of the weather!"
Should Feng Che have Greninja use "Rain Dish" to siphoned the energy of the storm, or should he use his newly awakened "Dragon Force" to override Wei's command over the Kingdra?
