"Hm," Latina nodded.
"You're strong. Strong enough to subdue all of them—except the First Descendant, the one who was born with two Authorities."
She continued calmly, "All of us obtained only one Authority from Mother… except him. Meanwhile, Marie Rose is the Second Coming of Mother herself. She is even more powerful than Mother ever was."
Alan frowned slightly as he listened.
"Mother created Marie Rose after she became disappointed in the First Descendant," Latina said. "He failed her."
She then pointed ahead.
"Go directly to my Eighth City. After our marriage, they must have already rushed there."
Alan nodded and adjusted his flight path.
"Can you tell me more about your siblings?" he asked as they flew toward the Eighth City.
Latina thought for a moment.
"Hm… You've already defeated Elfin Stone and Tiramet," she said.
"Next is Noll. He was Mother's most beloved child. He was born with the Authority of Compassion. He's a powerful healer—someone who can restore others with ease."
Alan raised an eyebrow slightly.
"Then there's Cray," Latina continued.
"He's a Marquis candidate like Elfin Stone. He was born with the Authority of Blood, which is why he's so proud. But he was beaten senseless by Braham."
"Next is Yetima," she said.
"He ignores everyone. He doesn't care about others at all. He's obsessed only with his greatsword and physical strength. He was born with the Authority of Power."
"Then there's Ruson," Latina's tone darkened.
"He's moody and unstable. He was born with the Authority of Hunger. Whenever he smells blood, he enters a maddened state."
"And finally…" she paused,
"Fenrir."
Alan felt a subtle fear from her as she said that name.
"He ranks highest among us, just below Mother and Marie Rose," Latina said.
"He was supposed to become the Blood King. He was born with the Authorities of Struggle and Domination."
She clenched her fist slightly.
"Mother believed that through Struggle, he would grow stronger endlessly. And through Domination, he would naturally become the leader of all vampires."
"Because of that," she continued, "Mother created the Blood King System. Fenrir would grow stronger every time he defeated one of his siblings."
"But he didn't."
Latina said quietly.
"Instead, he used the excuse of Curse of Sloth. He chose to sleep inside his coffin… and was eventually defeated by Braham, which greatly disappointed Mother."
She looked up at Alan.
"You have obtained the qualification to become the Blood King, haven't you?" she asked.
Alan nodded.
"That was Mother's arrangement," Latina said.
"She decreed that if anyone could defeat all of us siblings, that person would be eligible to marry Marie Rose—her greatest creation. A being who even transcends Mother herself."
Alan narrowed his eyes.
"But why was it necessary?" he asked.
"And what exactly is this Curse of Sloth? And why is it so important for a Blood King to appear… and marry Marie Rose?"
Latina exhaled slowly.
"…Because our race is cursed."
She continued, her voice heavy.
"Long ago, the vampire race was cursed with Sloth. An ancient curse that gnaws at our will, dragging us into eternal sleep. The stronger the vampire, the deeper the pull."
"That curse didn't originate in this world," she said.
"We were exiled from Hell itself."
Alan looked at her surprised as she continues.
"In Hell, Mother was very powerful her most powerful Authority of Predation which none of us siblings obtained but only Marie Rose made her very strong." Latina continued.
"It allowed her to use the power of any being whom she devoured"
" It was also due to this she acquired other Authorities and Authority of Death and Domination came from 1st Demon Baal himself which made him worry and eventually she was exiled from hell and all Vampires were exiled from hell along with her too. "
She looked forward, crimson eyes burning faintly.
"Mother survived that exile. She carried our hatred, our humiliation, and our rage into this world."
"She wanted revenge."
"She created us—not just as children," Latina said softly,
"but as her means of revenge against Baal itself."
"The Blood King was meant to unite us. Marie Rose was meant to surpass even Mother. Together, they would lead the vampire race back—to reclaim what was taken from us."
She finally looked at Alan.
"And now," she said quietly,"you stand at the center of that fate."
"Among our siblings, if you defeat them, they will accept you," Latina continued."After all, you've already been blessed by Mother. No one can stop this marriage anymore."
Her expression tensed slightly.
"But Fenrir will definitely come after you."
Alan nodded as she went on.
"If you defeat him, the others will submit wholeheartedly—not just because Mother chose you, but because you proved yourself," she said.
Alan thought for a moment before asking,"What do you think my chances are against him?"
It's still early, Alan thought.So his level should be much lower.
Just like players, monsters, named NPCs, and powerful entities continued to grow stronger as the average player level increased. The higher the world's progression, the stronger they became.
Right now, most named NPCs should still be around early Level 400, he calculated.
Latina spoke again.
"Hm… it's been a long time since any of us fought Fenrir," she said honestly."But it would be best if you defeat him as soon as possible. The earlier it is, the better."
She paused before adding,"His Authority of Struggle makes him stronger the longer a fight continues."
Alan nodded.
"So… a one-shot," he said calmly."Well, I'm good at that. It's better to end enemies fast than let them adapt."
Latina smiled faintly.
"Also," she added, "if you defeat him within his domain, you won't need to worry about interference from Hell. Fenrir is already comparable to the 19th-ranked Great Demon of Hell. Demons below Rank 20 won't matter to you after that."
As soon as her words ended, a system window flashed before Alan's eyes.

Failure Penalty:• All blessing of Beriache will be taken by Fenrir.
Alan stared at the quest window, then smiled slowly.
