Percy frowned deeply, as if he was contemplating the underlying meaning of her words, whilst he bobbed his head in understanding.
"Mhm. Yes. I see... That could be dreadfully serious, I can see why you needed to bring this to my attention. It's a dire issue indeed." He said, his tone flat and stern, but overflowing with sarcasm as a smirk tugged at the edge of his lips.
He raised his coffee to his lips and finally broke behind it, his smile spreading as he let out some poorly contained laughs.
Valerie scowled darkly at him, slapping his arm in annoyance and then two more times just to make sure he got the point.
"Don't laugh at me you dick! I'm serious!"
"Oh yeah, I can see that. As serious as a heart attack, or a slight migraine." He said with a smirk before laughing again, this time leaning backwards to avoid her next round of retaliatory slaps.
