Zuran did nothing but observe. At least for now.
He watched as Ren enthusiastically prepared more meals with the ingredients. And then he served the meals to the unsuspecting people, who enjoyed them without words.
Zuran was furious. He wanted to act. The phoenix had begun ringing through his head, urging him to end Ren in that moment. But he held himself back—he couldn't do it now. At least not in broad daylight.
But Zuran had already made up his mind at that moment that he would get rid of Ren by all means soon, so he wouldn't end up doing worse harm than he had already done.
And Zuran planned to get rid of him as soon as that night.

Business went well that day, as always. Perhaps more people had come because they hadn't opened the previous day.
But Ren had sold out all the meals they made, even though they had made a lot. And he was happy about the sales.
