The water had cooled by the time Theron stepped out of the wooden tub. He wiped the excess moisture from his arms and chest with a linen cloth, then wrapped a robe around his body. He had just tied the robe when three knocks sounded at the chamber door.
His wolf caught a familiar scent. "Come in." He said.
The door opened. Korrin walked in without hesitation. She wore a silk dress the color of dark wine. The fabric was thin, and the neckline cut low, stopping just above the midpoint of her breasts. The curve of her cleavage was visible in full. The material pressed against her skin, outlining the shape of her chest. She carried a pitcher of wine in one hand and two metal goblets hooked between the fingers of the other.
"Good to see you again, Theron." A small smile sat on her red painted lips as she stepped further into the room.
Theron said nothing.
"I came as soon as Veylor told me you wanted to see me," she said.
