Even a Mythical Grade bloodline skill can at most display First Order strength on a Zero Order Awakener. The more powerful bloodline power cannot be borne by his Life Rank at all.
However, this problem does not exist with the Savage Bloodline.
Noah is currently Tier 2, and he can bear bloodline power of Three-order strength at most, while the Savage Bloodline is a Rare Grade skill, and its upper limit is Three-order.
