Time passed slowly as they talked. The sunlight outside grew bright and hot, approaching noon.

Taiichi closed his eyes and focused. His spirit had recovered enough for a brief activation of Sage Mode.

"I can't wait any longer," he murmured.

Roran's affairs needed to be wrapped up completely, and they had to return to Konoha to report in. Leaving the Dragon Veins unguarded was far too dangerous. One Otsutsuki had already come through. Who knew what would arrive next.

It had to be sealed.

"Rin, watch over me."

"What are you doing?" Rin asked, startled.

"Speeding up recovery." Taiichi didn't elaborate. His hands flew through seals as natural energy rushed toward him.

"Sage Mode — Activate!"

This time there was no violent surge like during battle, only a steady, gentle flow of energy inside him.

Sage chakra converted into Yang Release. A faint golden-green light glowed around Taiichi.

Rin stared, stunned. She could feel his life force surging back at an incredible rate. Color returned to his pale face. His weakened aura climbed steadily, growing thick and steady.

The process lasted about ten minutes.

When Sage Mode faded, he exhaled a long breath of turbid air.

The mental fatigue remained, but the physical pain was gone. His meridians still felt fragile, yet chakra flowed without obstruction.

"This… this is Sage Art?" Rin whispered, eyes wide with shock.

It was the first time she had witnessed Sage Art's healing power so directly. It went far beyond ordinary medical ninjutsu.

"Yeah. Just one application." Taiichi flexed his hands and feet. He felt lighter than he had in days. Aside from lingering mental tiredness, his body had recovered to roughly seventy or eighty percent of peak condition.

He threw off the covers and stood. His movements were clean and sure, showing none of his earlier weakness.

The hospital room door opened. Kakashi stepped inside. Seeing Taiichi on his feet and alert, relief flickered in his visible eye.

"Taiichi, you—"

"I'm fine now," Taiichi cut in. "Take me to the Queen. We need to finish this."

"Yeah." Kakashi nodded, checking him over once more before adding, "She's been waiting."

"Perfect. Let's go." Taiichi turned to Rin. "You're coming too. This needs to be settled properly."

The three left the hospital and headed for the Queen's temporary quarters.

On the streets, Roran's people had begun clearing rubble near the palace. Their faces showed the daze of survival and worry for the future, yet order held. Many glanced at Taiichi's group with awe and gratitude as they passed.

In a hastily prepared room, Taiichi met Queen Seramu and little Sara once more.

The Queen looked exhausted and grief-stricken, but her eyes held new resolve. Sara stayed close to her mother, watching Taiichi curiously.

"Thank you for coming back," Seramu said, rising to bow. "Especially you, Taiichi. Your efforts—"

"No need for ceremony, Your Majesty. This was our mission." Taiichi nodded and got to the point. "An Lushan is gone. The immediate threat is over.

The Dragon Veins have calmed for now, but they're still dangerous. I suggest you guide the flow while I place a permanent seal."

"No problem. I'll cooperate fully."

The Queen agreed without hesitation. The Dragon Veins had brought Roran fleeting power and near ruin. She wanted them sealed for good.

"Second matter," Taiichi continued, voice serious. "Otsutsuki Urashiki. The fact that he came from beyond this world. Naruto and Yamato coming from the future. All of it is too dangerous to spread.

If it leaks, it will cause panic across the shinobi world and draw the wrong kind of attention."

Seramu, Kakashi, and Rin nodded grimly. They understood. Time travel, Otsutsuki, power beyond Kage level—none of it could be allowed to spread.

"To protect Roran and keep the shinobi world stable," Taiichi said, looking at the Queen and the officials and guards present, "I recommend sealing the memories of everyone except you, Your Majesty. We'll blur and rationalize the details about Urashiki, Naruto, and Yamato."

"Rationalize?" Seramu asked.

"Yes. Blame everything on An Lushan's rebellion. He tried to steal the Dragon Veins to build a puppet army. Konoha shinobi stopped him. In the end he detonated part of the veins and destroyed the palace."

Silence fell. Kakashi and Rin exchanged looks and nodded.

Erasing those memories was the safest choice.

The Queen thought for a moment, then nodded heavily. "I agree. For Roran's future, it's necessary. It will trouble you, Taiichi."

"Duty," Taiichi said simply. "Please gather everyone who knows."

When the group assembled, Taiichi explained the situation. With the Queen's authority, they agreed.

"Relax your minds. Don't resist. This seal only affects specific memories."

He formed seals. A powerful mental wave spread outward with him at the center. Sealing runes expanded across the floor, then contracted and sank into every person present.

Bodies jolted. Eyes went distant for a moment, then cleared.

Memories of Urashiki, Naruto, Yamato, and everything connected to them were locked behind a clean mental barrier. Only the story of An Lushan's rebellion and the Dragon Veins' rampage remained.

Taiichi lowered his hands. His face had grown paler.

"It's done," he said quietly. "Everyone can leave."

The Queen dismissed them. Though confused, they obeyed.

"Your Majesty, one last thing. The Dragon Veins."

"Taiichi, Konoha's kindness… Roran will never forget it." Seramu bowed deeply, gratitude and relief clear in her voice.

"You should rest more. Your color is still off."

"Better to seal it now."

Taiichi pushed through his exhaustion. He didn't want anything else slipping through the veins into this timeline.

"Very well."

Under the Queen's guidance they returned to the massive crater where the palace had stood. At the core of the Dragon Veins, Seramu placed her hands on the pulsing energy and chanted the ancient Roran incantation, guiding the flow.

Taiichi activated Sage Mode again. His hands moved through complex seals, mixing sage chakra with sealing runes.

"Eight Trigrams Nine Dragons Seal — Seal!"

With his final shout, a massive golden rune sank into the core.

The underground space trembled once. The Dragon Veins' energy fell completely silent, as though locked in eternal sleep.

Taiichi swayed. Kakashi caught him. The repeated high-level sealing had drained him badly.

"We should head back," Taiichi told the Queen, looking at the now-quiet Dragon Veins.

Seramu studied them, eyes full of complicated emotion. It finally softened into a blessing.

"We are eternal friends. Roran's doors will always be open to you."

After final handovers, Taiichi, Kakashi, and Rin left Roran behind. The people were already beginning to rebuild.

Kakashi walked in silence, mask hiding his expression. Learning fragments of the future had only deepened his worry for Obito.

Rin walked with lingering fear and fierce determination. She had felt how small her power truly was against real monsters. The need to grow stronger burned hotter than ever.

Taiichi led the way, steps steady while his mind churned.

The world had already veered far from the story he remembered. Urashiki's arrival proved how much more existed beyond his knowledge.

This world held far greater threats, and his current strength was still far from enough.

He looked toward the horizon and exhaled slowly, eyes turning sharp and deep.

His path was still very, very long.

When Taiichi's golden-white Super Fire Style Rasengan met Urashiki's purple Ryugu beam in Roran's underground chamber, the collision released a fluctuation that surpassed Kage level and brushed against Six Paths territory. The shockwave rippled outward across the entire shinobi world, alerting hidden powers.

Inside the moon, in a sealed space far removed from the shinobi world, grand palaces floated in silence.

This was the home of Otsutsuki Hamura's descendants. They had guarded the moon's seal for generations, watching Earth and following their ancestor's will.

Centuries of isolation had fractured them.

In the central observation hall, a massive pure-chakra sphere pulsed with glaring red light.

Inside it played the final moments of the cataclysmic clash beneath Roran: the devastating energy explosion, Otsutsuki Urashiki's distinctive chakra signature, and that brief flash of a golden Rinnegan.

"Alert! Super high-level chakra reaction detected!"

"Energy signature analysis — confirmed! Target matches extraterrestrial being characteristics!"

"Residual spatiotemporal anomaly fluctuations detected! Highly consistent with target's energy point!"

Icy reports echoed through the hall like thunder.

The main-family monitor turned deathly pale.

"Extraterrestrial beings… they've truly come!" an elder whispered, voice shaking with ancestral prophecy fulfilled.

The news spread like wildfire through the moon's sealed domain.

Panic and shock swept the Otsutsuki clan.

Hamura's teachings rang in every ear: guard the shinobi world, beware of invaders from beyond the stars.

Now the prophesied enemy had appeared without warning.

Though one vanguard had been destroyed by a surface dweller, the fear remained. Where there was one, more would follow.

After the initial panic, long-simmering tensions between the main and branch families exploded.

"Did you see that?!" The branch family leader's father, a hard-faced man with cold eyes, slammed the table in the emergency assembly.

"This is the threat we've feared! The Otsutsuki from beyond the stars!

You saw their power. One individual caused that much destruction. Waiting will only lead to annihilation!

Have you forgotten Hamura's teachings?!"

He glared at the main family members.

"The main family's weakness will doom us all! That foolish dream of peaceful coexistence with the surface bugs? Look what their endless wars have done to the shinobi world. Relying on them against extraterrestrial Otsutsuki is suicide!"

"Shōsai is right!" branch family voices shouted. "We are Hamura's descendants. If the surface people stray from the shinobi way, we eliminate them.

We've given them centuries. They've only grown worse.

Now that a true enemy approaches, we must rule the shinobi world. Only by uniting its power can we stand against the threat from beyond!"

"Rule them?" a main family elder snapped. "How? By force? That will only create chaos the real enemy can exploit. Hamura's will was to guard, not conquer!"

"Guard a bunch of ants who can't even govern themselves?" Shōsai sneered. "Hamura was merciful, but times have changed. Mercy in the face of extinction is cruelty.

Only absolute power brings absolute order. Only then can the shinobi world's strength serve us. The main family has grown soft on surface ideals!"

"Lies! You're drunk on ambition!" the elder shot back.

"No. This is clarity," Shōsai said coldly. "Since our paths differ, we walk separately. You stand in the way of survival."

The hall went deathly still.

Dove and hawk. Main and branch. Two irreconcilable visions.

Under the pressure of the extraterrestrial threat, the last thread snapped.

The factions split.

"Issue the order," the branch leader commanded. "Accelerate construction of the giant Tenseigan. Feed every Byakugan into it. We will eliminate the main family and seize control of the shinobi world before more enemies arrive from beyond the stars."
