Chapter 132: Painted in Red
"I'll make this fast."
Micah's voice carried across the ruined sky, calm yet filled with quiet power. "The power of heaven and earth was so sweet when I first received it. I asked my god why he would grant me such strength — power that even those at the Odama rank begged for."
He smiled faintly.
"Thanks to this… I, a mere rank 9, can stand against you who has been blessed by a god."
An overwhelming grace burst from Micah. Softly, a portion of his armor burned away, forming a perfect golden ring across his chest. Gently, a golden halo took root above his head, casting pure light that made the surrounding blood mist recoil.
"Go, my metal knight. Slay this evil."
In reaction, Bloody Heaven spread his four powerful wings, cancelling out the energy that tried to enclose him. The force of the wings alone sent shockwaves racing outward, cracking the distant mountains and making the air itself scream.
"Domain Expansion!!"
They yelled in unison.
