"Did you bring it?" Was the first question that came out of my mouth when I came face to face with Austin. His lips moved to answer but he shut them. He nodded and I watched him take a step back, open the back door of his car and pull out a satchel before handing it to me.
I raised a brow in question, I thought the vial would be the only thing he'd be bringing over. But now that I thought about it, a single vial wouldn't have made him come with at least three other cars.
"This is…" I started then trailed off not knowing what to say.
"You didn't think I was going to bring just one vial did you?" He asked, lifting a brow in return amusingly.
"I actually…"
"I don't like that you chose him or that you're here for that matter." It was my turn to purse my lips. "But knowing those fuckers did this to you, I had to make sure to bring more just in case…"
I felt like shit to say the least. I didn't choose Troy. Yet I made him think so.
