It hurt everywhere. I had been awake for about ten minutes and I had no idea how I got here or what had happened before that.
My mind wasn't blurry, that would suggest something was there and I just couldn't see it. There was nothing, but dark empty space like the hours - I'd like to believe it was the time I had missed - I was unconscious didn't exist.
I knew it did, I just for the life of me couldn't recollect the events.
Even though I saw her again, the moon goddess. But only for a moment, she had a smile on her face, the type that healed even the most broken of souls.
She didn't say a word to me, not even after I'd asked again and again and followed her around like a lost child. She just stared and smiled, approvingly so.
Like she was proud of me.
But what did I do to make her think so?
I waited for someone to come to the room, no one did, even after twenty had passed since I awoke.
