Chapter 152 - CHAPTER 152

The vibration was no longer hidden.

It emerged.

Slowly.

But surely.

Like something that had been waiting forever finally finding a reason to rise.

Aurelia stood at the front line.

The light around her was no longer soft as before.

Now it was sharper.

More focused.

More ready to face something they did not yet fully understand.

"How many points?" Kael asked.

His eyes swept the space around them, reading every small change.

Aurelia closed her eyes for a moment.

Connecting herself to the network.

This time.

She did not go too deep.

She merely… observed the surface.

And that was enough.

"Three…"

She said softly.

"No… four."

Ragnar smirked.

"Four directions. Not bad."

Orion raised his hand.

The space around them shifted instantly.

More stable.

More contained.

"Do not let them merge."

He said.

Kael nodded immediately.

"If they join together…"

Aurelia finished.

"…they will become something far greater."

Silence fell.

Only for a moment.

Because in the distance.

The first movement appeared.

The ground trembled faintly.

Not like an earthquake.

Like something moving beneath the surface.

Then.

Small cracks appeared.

Not large.

But enough to open a path.

And from there.

Something emerged.

Not as massive as the previous anomaly.

But denser.

More concentrated.

Its form was unstable.

Yet not completely chaotic.

Like a fragment of something incomplete.

Ragnar stepped forward instantly.

Without waiting.

"This one is mine."

He struck the entity with a full-force blow.

The impact occurred.

And the entity.

Did not shatter instantly.

But its body split apart.

Into two.

Ragnar laughed.

"Seriously?"

But his laughter stopped when both halves.

Did not vanish.

They moved.

Independently.

Striking back.

"Ah… so this is the type…"

His grin widened.

"…annoying."

Kael moved immediately.

He didn't attack directly.

He altered the pattern around the two halves.

Enclosing them.

Restricting their movement.

"Separate them further!"

He shouted.

Orion increased the pressure.

Gravity shifted.

Pulling the two halves away from each other.

Yet.

They still tried to draw closer.

As if there was an attraction.

As if wanting to become one again.

Aurelia saw this.

And she understood.

"They are calling to each other."

She said.

"Do not let them reunite."

Ragnar responded instantly.

He slammed one of the halves.

Sending it flying far away.

That piece.

Did not break.

It stopped.

Then.

Moved back.

Faster.

More aggressive.

"It's getting faster!"

Ragnar yelled.

Kael narrowed his eyes.

"Because it is adapting."

Orion added,

"And learning from the pressure."

Aurelia raised her hand.

Light flowed around her.

Locking onto one fragment.

Holding it in place.

"Focus on them one by one."

She said.

Kael immediately adjusted the pattern.

Strengthening the containment.

Orion intensified the pressure on a single point.

Ragnar assaulted the trapped fragment.

This time.

Not just striking.

But shattering the small core within.

And finally.

That piece vanished.

Truly gone.

Ragnar caught his breath.

"What about the other one?"

Before they could move.

Another vibration arose.

Closer.

Stronger.

Aurelia turned her head instantly.

"The second one…"

The ground on the other side cracked open.

Wider.

Deeper.

And from there.

Two entities emerged at once.

Not one.

But two.

Kael exhaled.

"This is not a coincidence."

Orion looked toward another direction.

"The third is moving too."

Ragnar chuckled shortly.

"Good. We won't get bored."

Aurelia stepped forward.

The light around her intensified.

"We cannot fight in one spot."

She said.

Kael understood immediately.

"Split up?"

Aurelia nodded.

"Stay connected."

Orion raised his hand.

The space around them changed again.

Forming pathways.

Linking their positions.

Ragnar grinned.

"Finally."

He shot straight toward the two new entities.

Kael moved to the other side.

Facing the remaining fragment.

Orion stayed in the center.

Maintaining the connection.

And Aurelia.

She did not attack immediately.

She raised her hand.

Linking everything together.

Keeping the flow stable.

Within.

She sensed something deeper.

The fourth point.

The one that hadn't appeared yet.

It was… different now.

Calm.

More… controlled.

Aurelia narrowed her eyes.

"That one is not like the others…"

She muttered.

In the distance.

The ground did not crack.

No tremors.

And the air…

Shifted.

And from there.

A form emerged.

Not broken.

Not chaotic.

But… whole.

Aurelia understood instantly.

"That is the core."

She said quietly.

Orion turned.

His gaze sharp.

"The one controlling the rest."

Kael paused his movement for a second.

"Then that means.."

Ragnar's smile grew wide.

"…that's the main target."

Aurelia did not move right away.

She observed.

Because that figure.

Did not attack.

It stood.

Still.

Its presence.

Changed everything.

The three other entities.

Moved faster.

More coordinated.

More… directed.

Aurelia took a deep breath.

"As long as it exists…"

She said.

"…the others will not stop."

Silence descended.

This time.

Not from hesitation.

But from decision.

Aurelia stepped forward.

The light around her burned brighter.

"We end this from the center."

Ragnar laughed.

"I like that plan."

Kael nodded.

"But it won't be easy."

Orion closed his eyes briefly.

Then opened them again.

"It doesn't need to be easy."

He said softly.

"Just… precise."

Aurelia stared at the figure.

Which had begun to move.

Slowly.

Yet with absolute control.

And with its first step.

The entire battlefield transformed.

This battle.

Had risen to the next level.

The first step of the central figure felt like pressure spreading through the entire space.

Not fast.

But deep.

As if every part of the field was being forced to adapt.

Aurelia felt it instantly.

The light around her trembled faintly.

Not from weakness.

But because something was trying to… rewrite its rhythm.

"It is not just controlling…"

Aurelia said quietly.

"…it is synchronizing."

Kael understood immediately.

His eyes scanned every pattern around them.

"It is making the others move as one system."

Ragnar, fighting two entities on the left, snorted.

"Meaning if it falls.."

Orion finished calmly.

"The others will lose direction."

But the problem was.

It wasn't that simple.

The central figure did not rush.

It took another step.

And with every step.

The field changed.

The scattered entities began to move in sync.

No longer crashing into each other.

No longer random.

They were starting… to cooperate.

Ragnar leaped back.

Dodging a combined attack that would have been impossible moments ago.

"They got smart now?!"

Kael immediately reinforced his pattern.

"Not smart… connected!"

Aurelia waited no longer.

She stepped forward.

Heading straight for the central figure.

The moment.

She moved.

The three other entities reacted instantly.

They did not attack blindly.

They… blocked.

One appeared in front.

Two from the sides.

Their movements were precise.

Coordinated.

Aurelia stopped.

Her eyes narrowed.

"Guards…"

She whispered.

Orion raised his hand.

The space around them tightened.

Holding one entity back.

"Then we clear the path."

He said.

Ragnar grinned broadly.

"Now that's my job."

He shot forward.

Slamming into one entity with full force.

The impact didn't just hit.

It knocked it out of formation.

Kael instantly sealed the gap with his pattern.

Severing the connection momentarily.

Aurelia saw the opportunity.

She moved.

Fast.

Faster than before.

The light from her body stretched like a trail.

The central figure did not remain idle.

It raised its hand.

And with one small motion.

The field shifted.

The direction of space warped.

Aurelia's steps halted.

As if the distance between them had suddenly… extended.

Aurelia realized instantly.

"It is altering distance…"

She said.

Kael frowned.

"Not an illusion… this is structure."

Orion stared intently.

"It doesn't just control the others…"

"…it controls the space around itself."

Ragnar laughed shortly.

"Getting interesting."

He attacked again.

The entities he faced no longer just defended.

They began to counterattack with patterns.

Two moved as one.

One holding,

One striking from the blind spot.

Ragnar was forced to retreat one step.

Just one.

But it was enough to show.

This was different.

Aurelia did not stop.

She closed her eyes for a moment.

Connecting deeper within.

If space was being altered.

Then she had to feel the true path.

Not what was visible.

The light around her changed.

More focused.

More profound.

And slowly.

She began to see it.

Not physical distance.

But energy pathways.

Paths that could not be altered as easily as space.

She opened her eyes.

Her gaze sharp.

"I can penetrate it."

She said.

Kael responded immediately.

"I will hold the outer patterns."

Orion nodded.

"I will keep the space stable."

Ragnar smirked.

"And I.."

He slammed the entity in front of him again.

"..will keep them busy."

Aurelia took a deep breath.

Then.

She moved.

Not following the visible path.

She stepped between.

Through gaps invisible to the eye.

She passed through the distortion.

The distance between her and the central figure.

Shortened.

Real.

The figure noticed.

It turned.

Its movement showed reaction.

Aurelia did not stop.

She continued forward.

Light gathered in her hand.

The other entities began to return.

Their formation didn't collapse completely.

They swirled.

Closing the path again.

Faster.

More efficient.

"It is learning…"

Kael muttered.

Orion added,

"And adjusting its strategy."

Ragnar growled.

"Then we have to be faster."

Aurelia was almost there.

But one entity appeared directly in front of her.

Blocking.

Without hesitation.

She raised her hand.

Light struck the entity.

Not to destroy.

To clear the way.

The entity was thrown back.

Not gone.

But enough.

Aurelia stepped past.

And finally.

She stood before the central figure.

The distance between them.

Only a few steps.

Silence fell.

This time.

Heavy with pressure.

The figure looked at her.

No clear face.

Its presence.

Strong.

Stable.

Different from the rest.

Aurelia raised her hand.

Light gathered.

"This ends here."

She said softly.

The figure did not answer.

It raised its hand as well.

And in that single moment.

The entire battlefield trembled.

The other entities froze.

As if waiting.

And the two centers of power.

Finally stood face to face.

The real battle.

Begins now.
