"The lowest entry point is SS-rank talent," Eduardo continued. "If you reawaken at SS, you become Grand Class, yes… but you're sitting at the very bottom of that ceiling. You're still beyond anything below Grand Class, but within it, you're the weakest tier."
He paused briefly, then went on.
"Above that are the second tier, SSS rank talents. Same reawakening process, but on a different level compared to an SS. People at that level are a genuine problem for anyone beneath them. Including other Grand Class."
"And finally, the last tier are those whose talents are ranked Extraordinary—Ex for short," he continued. "I remember seeing an article back in the day, where the then President of the DSB said that anyone ranked Extraordinary was so classified because no known world system could properly measure the extent of their power."
Ethan's eyes narrowed a bit on hearing that.
