Korven: The protagonist is an independent investigator who seeks to "cut through" the secrets of Kilder. She possesses a miracle that allows her to review her memories with perfect clarity, though she must harm herself to activate it.
Aldrick Yyelter (Father Guardian): The charismatic leader of the Chosen Angels cult, he is believed to be the reincarnation of King Dorsin II and uses a shield-shaped catalyst to heal the wounds of those he sees.
Hrin (Brother Static): A powerful member of the Chosen Angels who possesses the "Static" miracle, allowing him to absorb electricity to enhance his speed. He acts as Aldrick's protector and was an inventor named Yiun Gint in his previous life.
Silia: A "frail, struggling girl" and cult assassin with a miracle that lets her become invisible or mimic the form of whoever is looking at her. She was sent by Aldrick to rob Korven but was eventually arrested by the Kilder police.
Father Wulkin Runhuld: The local priest of the first Agorian Church in Gurun and the brother of Tynro Runhuld. He is a fierce opponent of the Chosen Angels, publicly labelling them "enemies of the church".
Hylnrer Yewlin: The current High Father of Agorism and a direct descendant of the Yewlin/Dytler royal bloodline. He is responsible for the national ban on modern weaponry and has modernized the church to maintain political support.
Rulin: (Sister Arrow): A high-ranking miracle-born in the Chosen Angels who can increase the power of projectiles.
Arune: A miracle-born with the "Blaze" ability who used his ability to incinerate smaller gangs, consolidating the Gurun underworld into three major factions.
Elynia: An older woman at the Agorian Church who claimed Agor sent her to speak with Korven during Mass.
Tenyk: A missing miracle-born who previously held the "Vanish" ability, Korven initially mistook Silia for him during their fight.
Wuulyn: A miracle-born with the ability to talk to animals. Tynro's notes mention that he defeated a figure named Tranlen.
Tranlen: An individual whom Wuulyn reportedly defeated in a fight
Sheln: A miracle-born capable of flight while wearing white clothes; the weather dictates her speed and stamina
Blilinyc: A miracle-born who can ignite objects and cause major explosions.
Klindene: A miracle-born with extreme durability, reportedly able to survive without a heart, breath, or even a brain
Quyin: A miracle-born whose power level scales with the danger they face.
Cansyk: A miracle-born who uses a miracle called "Curse," which allows him to pin any pain inflicted on himself or an ally onto an opponent.
Kulibren: The warden of the Hilden detention facility. Known throughout the country as someone not to mess with.
Gharnem: A guard at the Hilden detention facility. Has the ability to identify the weaknesses of any structure or person.
Dordio: A miracle-born who was a police officer who died on duty trying to stop a mugging. Has the ability to manipulate space into "alleyways."
