The four elemental regions spread out—the Flame Region burning with eternal fire, the Ice Region frozen in perpetual winter, the Thunder Region crackling with constant electricity, and the Time Region where time fast forward, paused, slowed down and rewinded.
The vast crimson sea that had evolved from the original blood-red lake covered the ground like an ocean of primordial chaos. And above it all floated the massive four-headed dragon, each head connected by golden chains to its corresponding elemental domain.
This was his current inner world. Impressive and powerful. But it was purely a mental construct.
But if he successfully integrated the Creation Seed, everything would change.
The seed resisted at first, its mass and presence too large and solid to easily fit into the metaphysical space of his inner world. It was like trying to push a basketball through a keyhole.
Slowly, impossibly, the golden seed began sinking into his body.
