Looking at the dark screen, Headmaster Quill's brow was locked in a deep frown.
It was true that death would cause the screen to go black, followed immediately by the descent of the death penalty.
Yet, even after all this time, the death penalty had still not appeared.
'Could there still be a chance for a turnaround?'
At this thought, Headmaster Quill couldn't help but feel a shred of doubt.
Since this was the first time he had encountered such a situation, he could only wait with bated breath, hoping for a miracle.
Inside the Block World.
Galen Yu felt a violent sensation of weightlessness wash over his body.
He was certain of one thing: he wasn't dead!
The fall protection on the SlashBlade was incredibly powerful, far more convenient than the Peacock Feather Fan; there was no way he would die from a fall.
If that wasn't the issue, then what was the situation now?
It didn't feel like death. Instead, it felt more like... he was being teleported?
'Is the Yamato really so powerful it could slice a portal through the ground?'
He had never heard of such a thing being possible.
An unknown amount of time passed—it could have been a second, or perhaps ten minutes.
When he finally opened his eyes again, a new scene stretched out before him.
A brilliant, polished white light pierced through his vision like a divine ray.
"Where is this?"
Looking at the surrounding chunk made entirely of pure white iron blocks, Galen Yu was completely bewildered.
He felt as if he were dreaming!
Meanwhile, outside the Block World, color returned to the screen, mirroring Galen Yu's perspective.
Seeing the ground covered in white blocks, the global audience was stunned.
"Color is back! I knew God Yu wasn't dead!"
"How could a few puny dragons kill God Yu? Scared me to death!"
"But the real question is, where exactly is God Yu?"
"Pure white... I've heard records of such an environment. Could he be in heaven?!"
"What the heck? How did God Yu end up in heaven!"
"They say people go to heaven after they die, so maybe he did die, but the penalty hasn't triggered for some reason?"
"Don't scare me like that! Even heaven is showing up now?"
One couldn't blame the viewers for their wild theories; the color palette was indeed incredibly strange.
Even Galen Yu himself began to doubt his own understanding, wondering if he really had gone to heaven after dying.
Judging the situation differently, the Blonde Elder was becoming increasingly jubilant.
"Heaven? Only the dead come here. Galen Yu is finished!"
"The reason the death penalty hasn't appeared is likely because the Nine Provinces used some kind of item, or perhaps it's due to Galen Yu himself."
"After all, as a Large Civilization and the undisputed leader, his death is bound to be a bit different from the others."
"This is just giving him a chance to realize he's dead and say his final words!"
The more he thought about it, the more likely it seemed, and the Blonde Elder burst into laughter.
That pest Galen Yu had finally been eliminated today!
Takeshi Sable also immediately posted a victory report on social media.
[Today is a good day!]
Short and to the point, he was celebrating Galen Yu's ascent to heaven!
Inspecting his surroundings, Galen Yu reached out and touched an iron block.
The texture was familiar; it was exactly like the iron blocks in the Block World. There were no strange, supernatural occurrences here.
Even the various items on him, the Dragonsteel Set, and his SlashBlade were all still there.
'I shouldn't be dead... right?'
Stumped by the sudden turn of events, Galen Yu began to question himself.
It couldn't really be the heaven dimension, could it?
The Block World encompassed everything, and such a dimension did exist, but why would he suddenly appear here?
He could see a small path made of iron blocks leading forward, so he began to walk.
Through the glass, he could see the scenery outside.
The structure looked like a standard randomly generated world with hills, plains, and plateaus. The only difference from the normal world was...
Everything here was made of iron blocks!
It was just like the Diamond Continent, only the diamond blocks had been replaced with iron.
With a heart full of doubt, he reached the end of the road, which culminated at a mountain peak.
From here, he could see the cliffs below, and the plains in the distance were visible at a glance.
'What did I need to repair the Elytra again? Let me think.'
Just as Galen Yu was about to fix his Elytra and fly up to observe the chunk properly—
Rumble!
A violent tremor erupted, causing the entire chunk to shake!
Standing on the mountain, Galen Yu felt as though a massive earthquake had struck, threatening to throw him off the peak at any moment!
Struggling to grab onto the iron blocks to steady himself, his vision was suddenly obscured by dark clouds.
No, those weren't clouds!
As the aftershocks faded, Galen Yu looked up and saw a towering colossus, taller than the mountains themselves, a gargantuan entity that struck terror into the soul.
It was an Iron Golem!
Or rather, it could be called by another name.
[ULTIMATE ADAMANTITE ALLOY WARGOD]
Staring into those massive red eyes, Galen Yu felt his own insignificance with startling clarity.
In terms of bulk, the dragons were certainly massive.
A Stage 5 Dragon could blot out the sun with a flap of its wings; they were the absolute overlords of the sky.
But this being, despite having the appearance of an Iron Golem, was on a different scale entirely.
Standing 64 blocks high and 24 blocks wide, its body from the right side down to the left leg was covered in patterns resembling vines and flowers.
Its limbs had distinct joint structures, and a small amount of green particle effects drifted around its body.
Galen Yu wasn't even as large as one of its eyes!
Seeing this gargantuan creature, the bullet chat exploded.
"My god! What on earth is that!"
"An Iron Golem? Where would you even find an Iron Golem that big!"
"Is this even a creature from the Block World anymore? Is this even the same game?"
"I thought the dragons were crazy enough, but you're telling me this thing exists too?!"
"Heavens, I can't believe my eyes; a mountain isn't even as tall as it is!"
"Heavens, I can't believe my eyes; a mountain isn't even as tall as it is!"
"Ultimate Adamantite Alloy Wargod? Is that its name?"
"Wait, no, the name bar appeared... Is this a freaking boss?!"
When someone first saw a dragon, they would be shocked by its majestic and robust appearance.
Their powerful bodies could easily destroy any blocks except for those as hard as obsidian.
Their oppressive forms made people afraid to even look them in the eye.
But compared to this colossus, a dragon seemed small!
"Where exactly is this? How did Galen Yu get here!"
Fries was the first who couldn't help but shout.
It was bad enough being teleported mysteriously, but to end up in a world made entirely of iron only to face a boss!
And it was a boss that looked far, far stronger than a Stage 5 Dragon!
Even if he hadn't died from the fall earlier, he was going to be killed by this boss now, wasn't he?
"A giant Iron Golem that's actually a boss?!"
The Blonde Elder was deeply shocked.
A creature even more powerful than a dragon!
Was this the true meaning of a Large Civilization? A true top-tier organism?
Was this the kind of thing Mark would have to face in the future?
"It seems the Alliance doesn't need to be disbanded just yet. We need to plan much further ahead for our original goal."
When they first built the Alliance, they only wanted to survive the Crisis and drain the other members to promote their own Small Chunks to dominance.
But seeing the Alloy Wargod, the Blonde Elder felt he needed to change his thinking.
Relying on Mark alone—even if the opponent just stood there and let him attack—it would probably take an eternity to kill it.
Not to mention, its combat power was surely off the charts. With Mark's current equipment, he was no match for it at all!
And neither was Galen Yu!
"You like challenging things early? Challenging dragons above your level?"
"This time, I'll give you all the challenge you can handle!"
Realizing this, the Blonde Elder began to laugh.
