So, there is high possibility that Primordial Calamity refer to war between gods and maybe among those records there is a way to kill as god too.

There were many reasons for Akari to be mad at Sofia.
First, Sofia achieved semi-immortality without making any sacrifices. In this world, one can extend their lifespan by increasing their stats, but there's a limit to how much they can grow, since leveling up becomes harder the higher one's level is.
Second, with her abilities, Sofia could have easily conquered the world, but instead of doing that, she stole all of Akari's hard work.
Finally, from start to finish, Akari gave everything she had in her fight against Sofia and died believing Sofia had at least a little trouble facing her—but in reality, that wasn't the case for Sofia at all.
