Katrina would remain at her side her quiet wind magic ready to defend.
Ren stayed deep asleep in her arms.
The helplessness of her captivity was gone replaced by cold unstopping resolve.
"I will not let your sacrifice fade," she murmured to the quiet grave.
"I will burn every cult cell tear down every shadow stronghold and hunt the void demon to the ends of this realm. I will make them pay for every life they have broken."
