They charged forward again. This time their movements carried far more confidence than before. Their bodies felt lighter. Not like the previous attempts, their stamina had barely dropped and most of their MP still remained untouched. And their minds had become clearer.
The difference was clear to everyone.
Weapons clashed again as they met the armored warriors head again. There were sounds of steel rang sharply across the hill while sparks scattered through the air.
But the twenty fighters no longer moved with the same desperation. They had already seen this battle many times.
The first spear thrust came from the left flank.
One of the fighters sidestepped before it fully extended and slashed across the enemy's arm after already knowing their move set.
Another warrior stepped forward immediately and finished the enemy with a stab to the chest.
A sword descended from above. The group member raised his shield at the perfect moment, exactly where he knew the strike would fall.
