Cynthia woke up early this morning and was now sitting on a small chair on the balcony, quietly reading a book.
Opposite her, a Gengar was doing calisthenics.
Its chubby body was quite flexible.
Cynthia found Gengar's calisthenics quite interesting, so she simply closed her book and waved to Gengar.
Gengar stopped its movements and floated over.
"Teach me?"
Gengar nodded enthusiastically with joy.
Then, on the balcony of Cynthia's room, Gengar led Cynthia through the calisthenics.
Diantha was woken up by the noise, opened her eyes, and watched Cynthia doing calisthenics on the balcony outside the window.
She was somewhat shocked.
Yesterday, taking advantage of Shauntal and Caitlin's lack of attention, she had secretly slipped into Cynthia's room and stubbornly stayed on her bed, wanting to sleep with her and share some secrets.
Cynthia couldn't win the argument and had no choice but to let her stay in the room.
Diantha sat up and gave her decision to stay here last night a big thumbs-up.
Otherwise, how could she have seen Cynthia doing calisthenics this morning?
This kind of scenery was not something everyone could see.
Lucas got up and was still wondering why he hadn't heard the sound of Gengar doing its exercises today. When he came to the balcony, he found Gengar leading Cynthia in calisthenics on the opposite balcony.
His eyes widened.
Everyone, you might not believe it, but as soon as I woke up, I saw Cynthia doing exercises.
Seeing Lucas come to the balcony, Cynthia originally wanted to return to the room, but she continued to follow Gengar in doing the calisthenics anyway.
Lucas was thick-skinned and sat on the small chair on his balcony. Ninetales walked out of the room and lay at his feet, also looking at the opposite balcony.
Its nine tails bounced along with the music.
Occasionally, it would give Lucas a flick with a tail.
In the end, Lucas finished watching while clutching the back of his head.
After Cynthia finished, she let out a long breath and looked at Lucas.
Seeing that he was still staring at her, a hint of pink silently crept up her neck. With a neutral expression, she looked at Lucas and made a gesture of holding chopsticks.
Lucas immediately understood. He stood up and gave a salute.
"Received."
Then, after washing up with Ninetales and Snorunt, he took Gengar downstairs to prepare breakfast.
"How does it feel?"
Back in the room, Diantha asked Cynthia.
Cynthia placed her fair and slender index finger on her chin and thought for a moment.
"It feels quite good. Doing exercises early in the morning puts me in a great state; I could easily defeat you now."
Diantha: "..."
"Yes, yes, who doesn't know Miss Cynthia's strength?"
Diantha rolled her eyes and said with a smile.
Cynthia pretended to walk to the bathroom, but instead, she reached back, pinned Diantha down on the bed, and tickled her mercilessly.
"Giggle, stop it, it tickles."
After playing around for a while, the two of them, now ready, walked out of the room and happened to run into Caitlin, who had just come out of her room.
"Did you two sleep together last night?"
Looking at the resentful Caitlin, Cynthia stepped forward and patted her head. "Then do you want to sleep with me tonight?"
Caitlin squinted her eyes happily.
"Mm."
After soothing Caitlin, the three of them went to Shauntal's room and knocked on the door.
Unsurprisingly, Shauntal wasn't awake yet.
She opened the door with bleary eyes and then went back to bed to continue sleeping soundly.
The three of them entered Shauntal's room. Seeing the soundly sleeping Shauntal, they looked at each other and smiled. Diantha locked the door.
Then...
The three of them suddenly pounced on Shauntal on the bed.
"What are you doing—stop tickling me, it's so itchy—giggle giggle!"
The Breeding House was suddenly filled with the breath of spring.
Once everyone had finished washing up, the four of them walked downstairs together. Mime Jr. saw them, gave a smiling greeting, and then ran to the kitchen to bring out their breakfast.
Diantha took a bite of a Fries and then a sip of Fresh milk. "How about we come back here to rest whenever we're free in the future?"
Cynthia nodded.
She was going to come here anyway.
Shauntal certainly had no objection.
Yesterday, because of a burst of inspiration, she had written all night. She was planning to go back to her room to continue sleeping after breakfast.
The three of them looked at Caitlin. Although Caitlin had some issues with Lucas, she still liked this place very much, especially Shauna and those Pokémon.
She couldn't create a place like this for Cynthia and the others, so she also nodded in agreement.
Seeing this, Cynthia chewed slowly, a smile appearing on her lips that no one noticed.
In the afternoon, Cynthia and the others were in the garden drinking the afternoon tea that Lucas had carefully prepared for them.
It was their girls' afternoon tea time.
Lilligant and Roserade were both pulled over.
As for Lucas?
He and Gengar were kicked out to the counter to mind the shop.
A green and white figure appeared at the Breeding House.
It sensed many powerful auras in the Breeding House.
It looked puzzled.
What's going on? Is this still the Breeding House?
Cynthia and the others also noticed it; it exuded a powerful aura.
However, there seemed to be no hostility.
Cynthia thought of something and looked at Lilligant. Lilligant had already walked out of the garden with Dash.
Lucas had also arrived in the backyard at some point.
Gallade looked at Lucas, somewhat dazed.
The same aura.
Gallade smiled in its heart and then came before Lucas.
"Lucas, hello."
Telepathy echoed in Lucas's mind.
"Gallade, you're the Gallade that Ninetales and Kangaskhan mentioned, right?"
Lucas asked.
Gallade nodded.
Lucas pursed his lips. "Welcome home, Gallade."
Gallade's warm laughter rang in Lucas's mind, and it then said, "Yes, I'm finally home..."
"Who are they?"
"Friends of the Breeding House, and also my friends."
Gallade nodded, then looked at Cynthia and the others, nodding in greeting.
Then it squinted its eyes and teased Lucas: "A Champion friend from the Sinnoh region? If I'm not mistaken, the others should be Elite Fours or Champions from other regions, right?"
Lucas raised an eyebrow and gave an affirmative sound.
"Tsk tsk tsk."
Hearing this voice in his mind, Lucas suddenly felt that the Gallade in front of him didn't seem like a 'good' Pokémon.
"Which one? Or rather, all of them?!"
Lucas: "..."
I knew it...
Lucas sighed helplessly and then said a name.
"Working on it."
Gallade was in high spirits and kept patting Lucas on the shoulder.
Lucas's face darkened.
I'm an ordinary human, not one of you Pokémon.
It hurts.
Lucas brought Gallade to the garden and introduced it to them.
"This is a senior of our Breeding House, Gallade. He's back for a visit."
After the introduction, Lucas led Gallade to a chair in the corner of the garden and sat down.
Gengar, Lilligant, and the others also came over to sit.
"The Breeding House is really nice now, much better than in our time."
Gallade's voice rang out.
"In our time, it looked lively on the surface, but in reality, if Big Brother Ninetales, Kangaskhan, and I hadn't been guarding it, it would have turned into a mess long ago. Unlike now, where every Pokémon coexists in peace."
"It's all thanks to Gengar and the others. Without them, it probably wouldn't be this good."
After hearing this, Gallade nodded, and after chatting with Gengar and the others for a while, it looked at Ninetales.
After a long silence, Gallade and Ninetales both smiled.
"It's really good, the Breeding House..."
"Originally, I was supposed to be the one to guard the Breeding House and protect her life's work. But later, I was tricked by Big Brother Ninetales, who snatched the job and has been guarding the Breeding House ever since."
Gallade's self-muttering voice echoed in the hearts of Lucas, Gengar, and the others.
Lucas and the others listened carefully.
They didn't interrupt.
Lucas looked at the panel in front of him.
Thank you, Gallade.
