Time slipped by quietly. It seemed something had happened at Mt. Coronet. Yesterday, the League announced that the Lily of the Valley Conference would be postponed.
Consequently, many Trainers who had not yet collected the corresponding badges were working hard, striving to obtain eight badges before the delayed Lily of the Valley Conference began so they could participate.
There were also many Trainers who had already collected all eight badges; they had returned home to rest and recuperate while waiting for the Lily of the Valley Conference to start, or were finding a place to conduct some final extra training.
Although the Lily of the Valley Conference was postponed, the Grand Festival was not. Ash and his friends accompanied Dawn to participate in the Grand Festival first. After it officially began, Lucas would also go there to cheer for Dawn.
Many Trainers who had set out from Twinleaf Town also returned there to rest and entrusted their Pokémon to the Breeding House for care, making the Breeding House busy once again.
The battle field outside the Breeding House also became a place for these Trainers to train. Every day, many Trainers from Twinleaf Town, Sandgem Town, or other places came here to engage in impromptu battles.
While Lucas had Machoke and Vex maintain order, he also brewed plenty of herbal medicine for healing, as well as herbal tea to restore Pokémon stamina, and sold them at the Breeding House. Business was surprisingly booming.

Lucas rubbed his eyes, stood up, and then walked to the backyard with Gengar. Ninetales also stood up and lazily followed behind.
Arriving at the backyard, Lucas saw the Pokémon standing there. It appeared to have a head of green hair and was wearing a long white dress, standing gracefully in the yard. Upon seeing Lucas, it smiled elegantly and greeted him.
Gardevoir?
"Hello, Gardevoir. Are you also visiting home?"
If it was an unfamiliar Pokémon returning, there was a high probability it was a Pokémon from the Breeding House back in Great-Aunt's time, perhaps having heard from other Pokémon that the Breeding House had reopened and had come back to take a look.
Gardevoir nodded. "Gardevoir~"
"Would you like to come in and take a look?" Lucas stepped aside and asked Gardevoir.
Gardevoir nodded, then walked through the kitchen and into the Breeding House. The facilities of the Breeding House had completely changed; they were almost entirely different from what was in Gardevoir's memory.
Although the Breeding House that Lucas had rearranged looked better and prettier, Gardevoir still preferred the Breeding House from back then.
However, the current Breeding House did not seem bad either. Many Pokémon seemed to really like the Breeding House, just like they had back then.
"Does it feel like many places are different?" Lucas came to Gardevoir's side and asked.
"Gardevoir." Gardevoir smiled softly, then kept walking around the Breeding House, looking at the photos placed everywhere.
Gengar, Petilil, three Machamp, Mime Jr., Vulpix, Gothorita, Staravia————
Later, Petilil had evolved into Lilligant, Vulpix had evolved into Ninetales, and Gothorita had also evolved into Gothitelle————
Although the photos were placed without any order, Gardevoir could piece together Lucas's life after arriving at the Breeding House based on these photos. It walked up the stairs, looking at the large group photo at the corner of the stairs; one of them was taken during the Christmas party.
On the wall beneath the photo, Gardevoir gently wiped with its hand, revealing some graffiti with faded marks.
Seeing this graffiti, Lucas was somewhat shocked. He had never known that there were marks left at the stairs.
Gardevoir quietly looked at the faded, incomplete marks on the wall and couldn't help but laugh.
It still remembered that this was after it had fought with another Ralts, and they had been dragged over by Ninetales to draw it together. It was the image of two Ralts, and in between them was the mark of a fox paw.
After spending some time finishing the tour of the Breeding House, Gardevoir returned to the backyard. Lucas followed it out, and Gardevoir looked at Lucas.
"Gardevoir." I learned that the Breeding House had reopened from that Gallade.
In Lucas's mind, that Gallade with the gentle voice who liked to tease him instantly appeared.
"It has a pretty good personality and likes to play jokes on me," Lucas said with a smile.
"Gardevoir." "Like hell it does. With that personality, if I saw it and didn't beat it to death, it would be lucky it was sturdy enough to take it."

"Gen gengar" Because we like Lucas the most.
Gardevoir looked at Gengar and nodded in approval.
"Gardevoir." This time, besides coming back to see the Breeding House, I also intend to ask you for a favor.
"What is it? If I can help, I will definitely do my best."
Gardevoir took out two pokémon eggs and handed them to Lucas.
"Gardevoir." These are the children of me and another Gardevoir. I would like to ask you to help us take care of them, or perhaps help them find a trustworthy Trainer.

Lucas nodded and gave a hum of agreement.

Lucas took the pokémon eggs and handed them to Gengar. Gengar carefully cradled the two pokémon eggs and floated back to the incubation room. After placing them down, it floated to the kitchen to prepare tea and refreshments.
Lucas brought Gardevoir to the garden, and Gengar floated over with the tea and refreshments.
After trying the small cake newly made by Alcremie, Gengar licked the corner of its mouth, feeling it hadn't eaten enough. So, taking advantage of when Lucas wasn't paying attention, it curled its tongue and ate Lucas's cake as well.
"Gengar, you stole my food again!"
"Gen gengar—" Gengar stole it, what does that have to do with me, the big fatty?
?! Lucas reached out to pull at Gengar's mouth corners, and Gengar stuck out its tongue to start counterattacking.
Gardevoir watched the quarreling Lucas and Gengar, lost in a daze. Afterward, it came to its senses and laughed.
"Gardevoir, you————" Lucas turned his head, just about to ask if Gardevoir needed to stay for dinner tonight, but discovered that Gardevoir was already gone.
"Did it leave?" Lucas muttered to himself.
"Time is truly a cruel thing————"
"Gen gengar?" Gengar tilted its head.
Lucas smiled and shook his head, wondering if Gengar and Ninetales would also be like Gardevoir at this moment in the future.
Lucas picked up his teacup and took a sip of tea.
"Gengar!! Where is my milk tea!!"
"Gen gengar—" I don't know!
