This was a new derivative technique Kyūsei had created based on Adamantine Sealing Chains · Thunder God, combined with the Self-Cursing Seal.
Not only did it retain the chakra-sealing ability inherent to the Adamantine Chains, it could also directly suppress and immobilize the target.
However, the technique required two conditions:
Kyūsei had to leave his chakra on the target as a marker.
