As the dust settled, the hatches of the two space pods slid open.

Two Saiyans stepped out—Nappa and Vegeta.
"Vegeta! Nappa! You finally made it!" Raditz called out as he approached.
Nappa shot him a look of pure contempt.
"Raditz, you worthless disgrace. You lost to Kakarot—who grew up on Earth—and you still dare show your face?"
Raditz froze. He had greeted them openly, only to be humiliated in front of everyone.
His expression darkened instantly.
"Watch your mouth, Nappa."
Nappa blinked in surprise. The Raditz who used to bow and scrape was suddenly standing tall?
"You've got nerve," Nappa growled, raising a fist. "Want me to kill you right here?"
Before things escalated—
Goku flashed in front of Raditz, facing Nappa calmly.
"Nappa. This is Earth. Drop the attitude."
Nappa studied him carefully.
"So you're Kakarot. You look exactly like your father, Bardock."
He activated his scouter.
"Let's see how much you've improved this past year."
The number appeared.
"…What?"
He frowned.
"Is my scouter broken? Your power level's barely anything."
Without waiting for an explanation, Nappa scanned Raditz next.
"…What's going on?"
The readings were all absurdly low—five, ten, barely measurable.
Even Kakarot, who had previously exceeded 5,000, now showed a single-digit reading.
Vegeta narrowed his eyes and checked his own scouter.
"It's not broken," he said coldly. "They're suppressing their power."
Nappa stiffened.
"Suppressing?"
He glared at Raditz.
"What's your real power level?"
Raditz smirked.
"Nappa… let me show you what Earth's training has done for me. From now on, the grunt work in our squad is yours."
"You surpassed me?" Nappa scoffed.
Raditz's grin widened.
"Yes."
He roared—
His aura erupted.
Nappa's scouter numbers jumped rapidly.
1,500…
1,800…
2,300…
3,500…
Nappa's eyes widened.
"It's increasing?!"
Raditz's power continued to rise.
4,000…
6,000…
Then—
9,000.
Nappa's face twisted in disbelief.
"9,000?! That's impossible! One year?!"
Raditz lifted his chin proudly.
"Want to test it?"
Nappa exploded with rage and charged.
But Raditz sidestepped smoothly and smashed his elbow into Nappa's back—
BOOM!
The ground shattered as Nappa was slammed into the earth.
Dust erupted.
When Nappa stood again, humiliation burned in his eyes.
Before he could retaliate—
"Enough."
Vegeta's voice cut through the air like a blade.
Nappa froze instantly.
Vegeta stepped forward slowly.
"Infighting wastes time."
He turned to Raditz.
"Your growth is impressive. But do not mistake that for authority."
Raditz bowed slightly.
"Yes, Vegeta."
Vegeta's gaze shifted to Goku.
"Now, Kakarot. Tell me how."
Goku gestured toward Vegeta's scouter.
Vegeta understood immediately and shut it off. Nappa followed.
They both knew—Frieza's scouters monitored everything.
Goku spoke plainly.
"My wife built a gravity chamber. Adjustable from 10x to 100x Earth's gravity. Use it. With your talent, you'll grow even faster than we did."
Vegeta's expression flickered.
"A gravity chamber? Even Frieza's army doesn't have one adjustable like that… So that's why your growth defies logic."
Goku nodded lightly.
"Exactly."
Behind him, Bulma crossed her arms, trying not to look smug.
Vegeta's eyes sharpened.
"Where is it?"
"Wait," Goku said calmly. "There's more."
He reached into his pouch and pulled out a small cloth bag.
"Besides training, Saiyans grow stronger after recovering from near-death injuries."
He held up a bean.
"This is a Senzu Bean. It heals any injury instantly. Even lost limbs."
There were only ten.
Vegeta examined it skeptically.
"Does it truly work?"
"Try it."
Vegeta turned to Nappa.
"Nappa. Come here."
Nappa stepped forward, confused.
In the next instant—
Vegeta fired a point-blank energy blast.
It pierced straight through Nappa's abdomen.
Gasps erupted behind Goku.
Krillin's face turned pale.
"What is he doing?!"
Bulma covered her mouth in horror.
Nappa staggered, staring at the bloody hole in his stomach.
"Vegeta… why…"
Vegeta walked forward emotionlessly, forced a Senzu Bean into Nappa's mouth.
"Eat."
Barely conscious, Nappa chewed and swallowed.
Immediately—
The wound closed before their eyes.
Flesh regenerated.
Armor remained torn—but his body was whole.
And more than that—
His aura surged.
Stronger than before.
Vegeta's lips curled upward.
"It's real."
He laughed.
"Kakarot… these Senzu Beans are extraordinary."
His eyes gleamed with ruthless calculation.
A gravity chamber.
Zenkai boosts.
Instant healing.
