"You made her write assignments and projects?"
"Hmm. They were all her own pending works."
"You bullied her?"
"...By letting her take my things? Sure."
"You sent her on a date on your behalf?"
"Anfisa begged me not to tell Hivi and let her go instead of me."
"Ah, so that's why."
Severine smiled. "But I didn't agree to her. I outright refused Hivi's request."
She had no clue that Anfisa had actually gone on that date. Then again, all of their conversation had been through Anfisa, making it easier for her to spin lies in her favor.
Alina bobbled her head up and down, a few of her bangs dancing with her movements.
"I understand!" Like the epitome of justice, she raised her sharp chin and glared at Hivi.
"Did a pig eat your brain? What's even inside your head? Water? Can't you see who is lying to you?"
She shot Anfisa a bright smile before clapping. "Oh, it's not lying—it's hiding the truth! Truly an eye-opening performance from our white lotus Anfisa!"
