A massive map of the Land of Wind and the surrounding sea was spread across the central table, and everyone's gaze was focused on the blue area belonging to the Land of Water.
"Sayo," Rasa began, his finger pointing at a large island southwest of the Land of Water's main island. "The Hidden Mist Village's defense system is tight. Its main island is perpetually shrouded in thick fog and Barriers, guarded by heavy troops and numerous Bloodline Limit families. A direct assault, even with the power of the Gundam, carries immense risk and could easily lead to being surrounded."
Ebizō stroked his beard and added, "Exactly. We need a target that is significant enough to wound the Kirigakure deeply, but not so devastating that it feels like annihilation, which would trigger an all-out war or a desperate fight to the death. Furthermore, this target must possess extremely high strategic or economic value."
Elder Chiyo's cloudy yet sharp gaze swept over the map, finally resting on an archipelago area along the southeastern coast of the Land of Water's main island: "Here. The Kirigakure's second-largest island, 'Bijiao Island'. It is a vital fishing center for the Kirigakure, a source of certain ninja tool materials, and a crucial supply base for their southern maritime patrol fleet. Destroying or heavily damaging this location is enough to make the Kirigakure feel a deep sting; their economy and naval power will take a significant hit. Crucially, it is far from the Hidden Mist Village headquarters, its defenses are much weaker than the main island, yet it is important enough to force the Kirigakure high command to sit down and renegotiate."
Sayo scrutinized the map, his mind working quickly. Combining the Gundam's capabilities with the ultra-long-range sensing ability provided by the Natural Energy Core, a bold and highly efficient surprise attack plan rapidly formed in his mind.
"I agree with Elder Chiyo's choice of target." Sayo looked up, his eyes shining with confidence. "The strategy is as follows:"
"First, covert infiltration. I will depart immediately, utilizing the Gundam's aerial mobility and sensing system to avoid all surveillance, proceeding secretly to the eastern coastline to rendezvous with Senior Pakura. This matter must be kept absolutely confidential; the Kirigakure must not detect anything."
"Second, two-person surprise attack. Upon arrival, I will inform Senior Pakura of the details. The operation will be executed jointly by Senior Pakura and me. Her powerful Scorch Release is a sharp weapon against garrisoned troops and can form perfect synergy with the Gundam. The two of us are sufficient."
"Third, cross-sea lightning strike." Sayo's finger tapped firmly on "Bijiao Island." "Under cover of night, I will pilot the Gundam and fly across the sea with Senior Pakura. Silence fell across the office as everyone processed the extremely bold plan.
Rasa stared sharply at Sayo: "How confident are you? If you are discovered early, or if the Gundam malfunctions over the sea, you and Pakura..."
"The Gundam is in perfect condition, and the endurance provided by the Natural Energy Core far exceeds expectations. My sensing ability is sufficient to preemptively avoid most risks." Sayo's tone was firm. "As for confidence... there is no hundred percent certainty in war. But I trust my puppet, I trust Senior Pakura's strength, and I believe this is the best way for us to break the deadlock and protect our comrades! Only by demonstrating the power to threaten their homeland can we earn true peace and respect!"
He once again quoted the famous saying: "Peace exists only when sought through struggle!"

He did not summon the Gundam but instead relied on the powerful physique of his Pseudo-Sage Body and Wind Release acceleration, transforming into a gust of wind, heading straight for the eastern coastline.
His figure vanished into the wind and sand, carrying the hopes of the entire Village, along with a Steel Giant capable of changing the tide of war, rushing toward a cross-sea surprise attack that would soon shake the Ninja World.
The strategy was set, and the sharp sword was about to be unsheathed!
