Soon after the small duel, Seraphina left Shin's house, as she needed to report back to Lilith.
She also told Shin that news of her protecting him would probably spread among the clans, so no one would bother trying to kill him anymore.
And with that, the boy was left alone.
A few minutes later, after making sure no one else was around, Lilel became visible in front of him.
She looked clearly worn out. Blocking Seraphina's attack had made her "die" for the second time.
She was just a system entity, so as long as she kept a copy of herself saved somewhere, she could be quickly reinstalled. Of course, for that to happen, Shin would need to stay alive.
Even so, she was, in a way, still a person. And the entire process was mentally taxing. Dying and being recreated were not pleasant experiences.
That said, the small fairy didn't seem to care much about her physical or mental exhaustion. In her mind, she was only focused on becoming even stronger.
