"Kaho!" Shin caught her again before she could slide off the bed, easing her back onto the pillows with a tired sigh. "That's… the second time."
Eva leaned in quickly, brushing Kaho's hair aside while checking her pulse. "Relax, she's fine," she said after a second, though her tone carried a hint of amusement now. "Same as before, overwhelmed."
Ana crossed her arms, tilting her head. "I think that kiss was too much for her. And everything that happened right after didn't help."
Shin exhaled, running a hand through his hair. "Yeah… that tracks."
"Yes, why did you just go still for an instant?" Shin asked his queen.
"A system notification," she explained quickly about the mission she had completed. Then Eva straightened, tapping her chin thoughtfully. "But if things are like that with just a kiss, sex is definitely impossible for her right now. We'll have to leave that for another time."
"Good plan," Ana nodded. "At this rate, she'd faint five times before anything even starts."
