Silent!
The high-ranking Navy officers had been sitting silently in their seats for over two hours.
Sengoku had been staring at the telephone transponder snail in front of him.
For over an hour, his posture hadn't changed, and his eyelids hadn't even twitched.
"Bulu Bulu—"
The phone rang.
Whoosh—
Sharp gazes instantly fixed upon it.
Garp, who had been sleeping in a slumped position, woke up in an instant.
Sengoku slowly reached for the telephone transponder snail and picked it up.
"Kevin is dead!"
The results are out.
Kevin is dead!
It was a foregone conclusion, but upon hearing the news, the huge stone in Sengoku's heart finally dropped.
He was stunned for a moment.
Sengoku laughed, somewhat losing his composure.
"He's finally dead."
The murderer who kept him awake for over three hundred days and nights, for an entire year, is dead!
"Has he left already?"
Garp tilted his head again and lay down, wanting to continue sleeping.
But he couldn't fall asleep no matter what.
"Ace will cry when he finds out, won't he?"

"Are you sure he's dead?"
Sengoku was still a bit uneasy.
He was afraid that some accident might occur, making it all a false alarm.
"Confirmed. He died right before our eyes, burned to ashes by magma."
Borsalino and Sakazuki, they were 100% sure.
"Photos will be sent to headquarters very soon."
Sengoku no longer had any doubts.

Sengoku did not stingy praise, commending Sakazuki and the others.
Sengoku believed that today's battle was his greatest achievement and glory since becoming Fleet Admiral.
"For justice."
On the other end of the telephone transponder snail, Sakazuki's tone was firm.
He couldn't help but show joy.
He had waited too long to return to being an Admiral; killing Kevin and becoming an Admiral again was a double blessing.
Sakazuki felt that his wounds didn't hurt as much anymore.
"How are you all doing? Are you alright?" Sengoku asked casually.
He wasn't worried about the safety of the three Admirals at all.
With the three of them working together, nothing could possibly go wrong.
If it was three against one and they still got one or two of them killed, then the Admirals wouldn't deserve to be called the Navy's top fighting force.

Sakazuki looked at his own condition.
Then he looked at Zephyr, who had just been pulled out of the sea by the Navy.
His right arm and the lower half of his right side were gone, and he was currently unconscious. The military doctor couldn't guarantee whether he would wake up.
"Could the losses be severe?"
Sakazuki's silence made Sengoku uneasy.
If they deployed so many forces and suffered heavy losses just to kill Kevin, then the glory would be greatly diminished and tainted.
Borsalino leaned towards the telephone transponder snail.
He said in an exaggerated tone:
"Mr. Sengoku, it was truly dangerous today. Kevin was much stronger than we expected. At first, Sakazuki wanted to fight him one-on-one. Tsk tsk tsk, that scene... it was terrifying. Even with the three of us working together, we couldn't take him down quickly."
"We thought we had pushed Kevin to the brink, then Zephyr-sensei arrived. Zephyr-sensei insisted on personally eliminating Kevin."
"As his students, of course, we had to fulfill Zephyr-sensei's wish."
"Mr. Sengoku, guess what happened?"
