Kano followed the markers left by Shikamaru, sprinting along while sitting on Shadow Deer Tube's shoulder. With Kano's running speed in high heels, she couldn't keep up, so she had to rely on the physically explosive Shadow Deer Tube.
Fortunately, Shadow Deer Tube's shoulders were quite broad. If it were a small build like Shadow Haku, Kano wouldn't have been able to sit on him.
Neji's battle with Kidōmaru didn't have a small movement range like Choji's; it took a long time just to find Neji.
