The young Ishida Soken looked at the Kurosaki siblings, who were only seven years old, and his five-year-old cousin, Ishida Zongyu, who still had a runny nose, and smiled as he began.
"Today, I'll teach everyone some basic knowledge. We Quincy have the ability to absorb Reishi from the surrounding environment…"
"We Quincy do not use any weapons other than bows and arrows…"
Ishida Soken, a pure-blooded Quincy "expert" at the level of a strong vice-captain, was currently teaching three pure-blooded Quincy descendants about Quincy-related skills and knowledge. This was a privilege only young pure-blooded Quincy enjoyed; those of mixed blood could only be taught by their own elders.
However, while Kurosaki Hiro appeared to be listening intently, deep down he scoffed at Ishida Soken's theories, especially his theory that Quincy only use bows and arrows as weapons.

He noticed that this so-called training room, while nominally a training room, was actually likely converted from a large warehouse. The walls were covered with Soul Cutter, and at the bottom corners of the walls were small bottles for collecting scattered Reishi.
Clearly, these simple devices were meant to recycle the Reishi floating in the air within the training room. After all, Reishi is a rare resource in the Human World.
"How stingy…"
Yekawa, Kurosaki Hiro's main body, commanded all the Reishi in Hueco Mundo, and his Shinigami clone had long resided in Seireitei. Therefore, Reishi was not a scarce resource for him at all. He was like a rich man who didn't understand the hunger of a poor one.
"Condensing a Reishi bow and arrow, and firing a Holy Arrow, is our Quincy's most basic ability…"
As he spoke, a bow and arrow shaped like a spiderweb, entirely composed of Reishi, instantly materialized in his hand.

Kurosaki Nan and the little snot-nosed Ishida Zongyu immediately showered Ishida Soken with praise, giving him plenty of emotional value.

He instantly discovered the fundamental issue: the cultivation of Shinigami and Hollow both involved continuously tempering themselves to enhance their spiritual pressure and strengthen their abilities.
Quincy, on the other hand, focused more on manipulating external Reishi. They excelled at leveraging their own spiritual pressure as a base to manipulate external Reishi. Therefore, battles between Quincy were not like those between Shinigami and Hollow, where one's own spiritual pressure determined everything.
Thus, battles between Quincy, to a certain extent, depended on the Reishi concentration of their surroundings. The combat power a Quincy could unleash would differ greatly between the Reishi-poor Human World and the Reishi-rich Hueco Mundo and Soul Society.
With the experience of his Arrancar main body and Shinigami clone, Kurosaki Hiro instantly grasped the essence of Quincy.
"Little Hiro, don't get distracted…"
Ishida Soken looked at the silent Kurosaki Hiro and spoke with a smile.
"I understand, Brother Soken!"
Kurosaki Hiro, who was silently analyzing the components of the Reishi bow and arrow in Ishida Soken's hand, was clearly mistaken for being distracted in class.
