Shiba and Feyra went through the people and the markets towards the palace. The streets were full like always, bustling and people trying to sell their wares.
They went as quickly as they could, ignoring anyone who wanted to sell their wares to them.
"We have some steamed buns here!"
"Perhaps some sweets?"
"Nice fabrics coming from the West of the Empire! Now for cheaper than any other time!"
Shiba grabbed Feyra's wrist, walking ahead and moving from one side to the other, squeezing through the people.
"We don't have time to look around now. And... We better not get lost," he said, looking ahead and adjusting his glasses. He could already see the majestic palace in the distance. It wasn't too far away anymore, yet there was still a long path in front of them until they would be close to the Emperor.
