Over the next ten minutes, Caelan asked many more awakeners who were farming monsters nearby.
However, their answers were surprisingly consistent.
None of them had seen Alyssa at all.
Just as Caelan fell into a brief moment of thought, a sudden commotion in the distance caught his attention.
"You damned bastard! You dared to seduce my woman? Are you insane?!"
Several tall and burly awakeners with strength as high as seven stars had surrounded a two-star awakener.
The leader had short green-dyed hair and looked especially "healthy." He kicked the two-star awakener in the lower abdomen and roared,
"Talk! Where is that slut? Why isn't she with you?!"
The two-star awakener curled up on the ground in pain.
Although he was quite handsome, his strength was far too weak. He had no ability to resist the green-haired man at all. All he could do was keep kowtowing as he said,
"I'm sorry, big bro! I really don't know where she went!"
