The deeper we walked into the forest surrounding Camp Crystal Lake, the thicker the trees became.
Branches twisted together high above us, blocking most of the remaining light. The ground beneath our feet was soft with damp leaves and fallen bark.
Ahead of us, Mei Mei's crow glided quietly between the trees.
Tomogui walked slightly behind me while Mei Mei followed the crow's path with calm eyes.
After several minutes of silence, Mei Mei spoke.
"I heard you fought a special grade curse recently."
I glanced at her.
"Are you asking about the special grade curse Kuroda"
She nodded slightly.
"I was curious how it was."
For a moment my mind drifted back to that fight. That cube like curse, formed from hatred towards me, and the clan.
"He was very strong, I got lucky" I said.
Tomogui scoffed inside my head.
Mei Mei stared at me for a little long.
"Fighting against him taught me a lot about my capabilities"
Tomogui added internally.
*More specifically our flaw. We didn't use enough cursed energy. We had around 70% of our reserves left at the end of that fight. We needed a way to use more cursed energy. In the last month though, we managed to come up with a way to use more cursed energy.*
Mei Mei hummed slightly.
"Interesting."
A few seconds passed before I asked my own question.
"Have you ever fought a special grade curse?"
She shook her head.
"No."
She responded quickly.
"Most sorcerers never do."
I raised an eyebrow slightly.
"You aren't 'most sorcerers' , you are a grade 1"
A faint smile appeared on her face.
"Special grades are rare. There are only 16 registered special grades, and missions relating to special grade curses are usually handed to Satoru Gojo, or Suguru Geto"
Her eyes briefly followed the crow ahead of us.
"I wouldn't even bother with this mission if the Kamo clan didn't pay so much. That cursed spirit Kuroda took out a majority of the Kamo clan's sorcerers, so you need to rely on outsiders like me"

Somewhere deeper in the forest, the second group was moving through another section of the trees.
Suddenly
Screams spread through the forest.
It was brief.
Then the sounds stopped.
Our group stopped walking forward.
"What was that?" I asked Mei Mei. There shouldn't be any other non sorcerers in the forest at this time. Not to mention I just sensed the cursed energy of one of the grade 1's we came in with before disappearing.
'Those screams from before should have been him dying. But I didn't sense any other cursed energy around at the time. What did he die from?'
Mei Mei answered my question.
"The second group encountered the cursed spirit, it snuck up on them and killed Riku".
"It seems to be wielding a cursed tool somehow? … Maybe it took that cursed tool off a sorcerer it killed before, it looks like a bulked up human wearing a hockey mask."

We began rushing over, before the cursed spirit took care of the others.
"How did it manage to completely sneak up on them, and why can't I sense it's cursed energy at all. Even if it has a very weak amount of cursed energy I'm confident I should be able to notice it." Tomogui asked Mei Mei
"It feels like it has no cursed energy, but I am sure that it is using cursed energy."
"Did it use its cursed technique, does it even have one" I asked Mei Mei as we all began to close in on the cursed spirit.
"I think it did, out of no where Riku's cursed energy dropped a lot, and he couldn't even resist when the spirit cut him down"
Other than Mei Mei, Tomogui and I. The other students in our group were very quiet and tried their best to stay close to us. It makes sense they don't want to interfere, and they want to stay close enough so the cursed spirit won't kill them.
After another 30 seconds of travel we finally saw it. The imaginary vengeful spirit Jason Voorhees.
Seeing him was odd, he looked the exact same as the one in the games, he was wielding some type of cleaver I assume is a cursed tool.
The confusing thing is that I don't feel any cursed energy. Not just from him, but even his cursed tool has no cursed energy.
This should be impossible, a cursed tool with no cursed energy, a cursed spirit with no cursed energy. Neither make any sense
*It does have cursed energy but we can't see its cursed energy, we also can't see the cursed energy of the tool it is touching. Maybe it's his cursed technique to hide himself more effectively.*
Looking to the right, I saw Riku's corpse. He had a cut through his arm, even though it was severe it wasn't something that should have killed him this quickly.
'Looking at his corpse, and the surroundings he bled out. It's only been around a minute since he encountered the spirit and we came over, how is it possible to bleed out so quickly?'
"Watch out, this cursed spirit can conceal its presence completely. The cursed tool in his hand also makes wounds bleed more profusely. It's a special grade cursed tool that the Kamo clan lost 150 years ago."
'That explains it, I shouldn't get close I should just wait for Mei Mei to blast Jason with her suicide bird strike. Then all the grade 1 sorcerer's can jump Jason while he is weakened.
I turned around to where Mei Mei was standing before, only to see her employing the signature technique of Joseph Joestar.

"I can't fight a special grade up close, don't worry I will support you with my birds" She shouted out while jumping on a tree, furthering the distance.
"..."
'Whatever, I guess I'll be able to test the things I learned in the month after my fight with Kuroda.'
Crouching down, I grabbed a rock and activated one of the abilities I copied before entering this forest.
Forced Rotation (Bunma's technique.)
When activating this cursed technique, you can apply a torque on an object, and turn a normally static object into an object with rotational energy.
The more cursed energy I pour into the technique, the faster the object rotates.
Once I was satisfied with the amount of rotation in the object, I tossed it at Jason's head.
He dodged it but it still managed to make contact with his shoulder, and because of all the rotation I added, rather than simply making contact, it acted like a drill, and pierced straight through his shoulder.
While I was doing this, the elder of the Kamo clan shot out a piercing blood, and the other grade 1 sorcerer Bunma did the same attack I did.
Following our series of attacks, one of Mei-Mei's crows rushed towards Jason and completely destroyed his heart/torso.
Jason didn't fall down or start dissipating, but at this rate he was going to be exorcised in a few more seconds
'Was he only good at sneak attacking? At this rate we didn't even need everyone else. Just Mei Mei's bird strikes would have been enough to kill Jason'
"Don't let you guard down. This thing won't get put down that easily." Bunma and the Kamo clan elder shouted to Mei Mei, Tomogui and I.
Jason, who was seemingly falling apart, healed himself completely, the donut hole from Mei Mei's bird strike, the shoulder I drilled through, and the damage that the Kamo elder, and Bunma caused.
All of it was healed within a second.

Author Note: The Sendai episode was fire. My top 10 lowk changed cause if Uro can even redirect punches to hit the opponent. With her speed being relative to Yuta, she fits into top 10 imo.
