Damian took a sip of pineapple juice and smiled. "If Alder asks you about what happened later, just tell him the truth. Push all the responsibility onto me," Damian said.
"Yes, I understand," Elesa replied.
Elesa naturally understood his meaning. Damian had already told Alder directly that he was the person who abducted her. She could not tell Alder that she was now a member of Team Rocket. Even if Alder was very magnanimous, she would probably lose her position as a Gym Leader if he knew the truth.
