Chapter 108 - Chapter 108 The bigger the waves, the more expensive the fish!

"Awesome, just awesome."

Shawn's face broke into a smile, and he couldn't help but give the system a big thumbs up.

High risk ultimately brought high rewards.

It was still the same saying: the bigger the storm, the more expensive the fish!

The Achievement System rarely gave experience rewards and basically complemented the Team System.

The former would continuously provide Shawn with seven days to die survival supplies based on his actions.

The latter would continuously strengthen Shawn and the team's overall capabilities as time passed.

With the two complementing each other, Shawn's expectations for the future of the Prison immediately grew.

"There should be some other things in the suitcase."

Shawn composed himself and continued to open the suitcase.

Inside the other half of the suitcase, there were four pieces of clothing.

[stalker suit Boots Lv4]

[stalker suit Light Armor Lv3]

[Full Set Reward: Come gently, leave quietly, improve stealth efficiency, without attracting any attention]

(4/4 Collected)

...

[Raider Helmet Lv3]

[Full Set Reward: Chaotic battles are heart-stopping, but only you can remain unharmed, enhancing stun resistance]

(1/4 Collected)

...

[Commander Gloves Lv1]

[Full Set Reward: Protect your index finger, strike down enemies, your ranged damage is amplified]

(1/4 Collected)

...

The equipment looked a bit messy, with two pieces belonging to different series.

However, thankfully, three of them had good levels and attributes, and Shawn even saw familiar words.

stalker suit!

With these two pieces, Shawn's stalker suit was complete, consisting of:

stalker suit Gloves Lv3...

stalker suit Hood Lv1...

stalker suit Light Armor Lv3...

stalker suit Boots Lv4...

The overall equipment level was not low, and coincidentally, Shawn's 'Athlete's Light Armor' had been chewed up by a Walker.

So, Shawn simply put on this only complete set of equipment.

As Shawn's thoughts moved, a dark light flashed over him, and beneath his combat uniform, a layer of not-so-thick pure black clothing appeared.

A full set of 'stalker suit,' they were the symbol of'silence' personified.

Through the combat uniform, all light that fell upon it seemed to be completely swallowed by a black hole.

"A stalker focuses on infiltration, stealth, and critical strikes, so being lighter is normal."

Shawn jumped out of the car and gently stretched a few times in place.

He bounced lightly on his toes, feeling an unprecedented sense of ease throughout his body.

No... it wasn't just a feeling, but the equipment's attributes were genuinely affecting Shawn's body.

The momentary light and airy sensation from various parts of his limbs made Shawn somewhat unable to pull himself away.

Although the Hood was only Lv1, it didn't matter at all; the equipment levels of the other parts were enough to compensate.

And when Shawn crouched down.

The world before his eyes suddenly darkened a bit.

Although it darkened, everything in his vision became clearer instead.

Shawn had a premonition that even at night, he would be able to see things clearly, as if he had put on night vision goggles, and everything under the night sky would be exposed to his eyes.

Even though Shawn had the 'Helmet Light' module, this ability still worked for him, as the two applied to different situations.

When Shawn crouched down, he subtly felt his aggressiveness suddenly contract.

If the previous Shawn was a tiger, whose domineering aura and oppressive presence were released like a wall, crushing people's will.

Then the aura emanating from Shawn now was clearly a sharp dagger hidden in a sleeve.

Anyone targeted by Shawn would not even perceive their impending fate of being harvested.

They would fall silently, without a trace.

"The effect of the full set of equipment is quite interesting."

Shawn stood up, and everything before his eyes returned to normal.

However, no matter how peculiar the equipment's effects were, they still needed to be combined with skills and magazine specializations to achieve maximum effectiveness.

Currently, Shawn had not added a single skill point to his Agility sequence, so the set's effect was still a bit lacking.

"But it's better than nothing. With the full set's blessings, my combat power should have increased significantly compared to before."

Shawn looked down at his handsome stalker suit, nodded with satisfaction, and turned to get back into the car.

Rummaging through the suitcase, Shawn found some books in a side compartment of the suitcase.

[Hammering the World] * 2

[Hunter's Diary] * 1

[Fun magazine] * 1

[Shotgun Savior] * 1

A total of 7 books were neatly arranged in front of Shawn.

Only two of them were familiar; the others were obtained for the first time.

"With the Team System, I actually really need magazines now."

"But it would be great if I could specify the 'magazine,' otherwise, it would take forever to reach max level."

Shawn clapped his hands and learned all 7 'magazine' books.

This time, Shawn's gains were indeed abundant.

There were new functions with great future potential unlocked, as well as equipment and 'magazine' books that could immediately increase combat power.

The series of rewards made Shawn cast aside all his previous frustrations, even feeling a bit eager.

But in the end, Shawn still shook his head, suppressing his restless inner self.

"The primary goal remains to strengthen the Prison; other things are still too distant. Don't lose sight of your original intention."

Shawn gently comforted himself.

This pile of rewards almost went to his head, making him almost unable to distinguish his own capabilities.

Looking back, Shawn's actual combat power had only increased by a few tenths at this time.

However, the actual combat power of the Prison team remained unchanged; it was still what it was.

The potential was there, but now it required daily grinding and refinement.

Taking a long breath, Shawn started the fire truck.

Through the rearview mirror, he saw the two familiar figures swaying behind him, and a curve appeared at the corner of Shawn's mouth.

The fire truck reversed a few meters, crushing the two Walkers under the vehicle, then repeatedly ran over them back and forth.

Only after their bodies and heads were completely crushed did he leave the area, driving away.

The moment Shawn set off.

A small butterfly in the jungle suddenly flapped its wings, disturbing the nearby air.

Some things seemed to start becoming different.

...

30 kilometers away.

In another survivor Camp equidistant from the Prison, centered around a small town.

A slender, perfectly built figure with dark skin suddenly fell from a tall wall.

"Hypocrisy!!"

The woman let out an unwilling low growl.

Seeing armed figures moving on the wall behind her, she dragged her twisted ankle and plunged into the jungle.

Once in the jungle, she was like a leopard returning home.

Using the jungle to conceal her figure, she began to weave through it continuously.

At this moment, the woman's eyelids grew heavier and heavier.

But in her mind, a clear voice kept echoing.

"If you ever want to find a place to rest in the future, you can come to the Prison in the south. I'll be there."

The woman parted her lips and uttered a phrase.

"South... Prison!"
