Chapter 126 - Chapter 126 Feynman Learning Method

On the second floor of the Castle, in the NWTEs Advanced Class, Howl's voice slowly echoed.

After the first class last week, there were noticeably fewer people in the Advanced Class, but of course, there were also a few more restless Little Wizards.

Howl had given them a week to understand what he would be teaching and his teaching methods, allowing them to make new decisions.

Of course, whether some of them were simply there for grades was none of his business.

"This week, how many of you have been asked questions by other lower-year Little Wizards?" Howl looked at them.

Below, the seventh-year children were already like little adults; they looked at Howl and raised their hands decisively.

"Mr. Alford, would you like to share?" Howl looked at a Ravenclaw boy.

Alford was somewhat thin, draped in a blue and white robe, standing upright like an iron rod.

"It was a second-year Wizard from our house who asked me. He brought me the essay on Boggart from last week's Defense Against the Dark Arts class, saying that you told him to seek help from older students."

As he spoke, he looked at Howl inquiringly, and the others who had raised their hands also cast similar glances.

"That's right, it was me." Howl nodded.

Alford nodded and continued, "Actually, I was very embarrassed at the time… because I felt I couldn't help him much. The first time I saw a Boggart was actually when I audited your class last week."

Many others nodded in unison.

As he spoke, the person lightly coughed, "Actually… honestly, it was very embarrassing at the time because I only half-understood it myself. So I lied to him and said I had some things to do and would find him later."

"Actually, I had nothing to do; I just made an excuse and then rushed to the Ravenclaw library to quickly look up information on Boggart."

"It took a long time before I finally helped him complete that essay."

Howl nodded, picked up a parchment from the lectern, and unfolded it. Below, the more Alford looked, the more familiar the parchment seemed.

"Do you remember the information you looked up at the time?"

"Of course." He smiled and nodded, "Honestly, I now thoroughly understand all the characteristics of a Boggart, and I have him to thank for that."

As he spoke, he even puffed out his chest, seemingly eager for Howl to ask him some questions about Boggart to show that he had indeed not spoken falsely.

"Thank you very much for your sharing." Howl nodded and lightly tossed the parchment towards him, "This is your and Mr. Wick's assignment."

Alford took it and looked, and sure enough, on the parchment was exactly what he had just mentioned: the essay he had guided the second-year student to complete.

On it, a large 'O' was drawn in red ink.

"Oh… this…" He hesitated, looking at Howl.

"Are there others who would like to share similar stories?" Howl, however, did not look at him but at the others.

One after another, several students quickly stood up, telling stories not much different from Alford's.

It was just that the students who came to ask questions were from different years, and some even asked questions about other subjects.

The Slytherin seventh-year, who was the only one to cast a Shield Charm for himself in last week's class.

He even shared an experience that many found incredible, even magical.

Harry Potter, this famous Little Wizard who was only in his second year, had asked him for help with Ancient Runes!

As soon as this was said, all the seventh-years were startled. If the person speaking hadn't been somewhat famous within the school, some might have even started directly mocking him for telling tall tales.

After all, this news was a bit too exaggerated!

And in these stories, some people panicked and felt embarrassed when faced with sudden questions.

Some were full of confidence but eventually had to start looking up information in front of the Little Wizards.

However, they all had one thing in common!

In this process, they went from explaining problems to others to having to organize what they had learned and even re-learn it themselves.

And they achieved mastery of the relevant knowledge!

Howl nodded, turned around, and wrote a short phrase on the blackboard.

"Feynman Learning Technique!!"

The chalk hit the blackboard with a thud, drawing a large circle, and then four words appeared below.

"Output" "Review" "Simplify" "Teaching"

"I think before you came to this class, you must have thought, if my class is all practical combat, what about the previously missing course content? Will it still be taught?"
