In a fraction of a second, Renan's hand moved like lightning. He drew Black Gale from its scabbard, turning to his left and executing Flash Draw directed straight at the Enchanter territory.
A concussive white light erupted across the crossroads, completely blinding all four members of the Enchanter team before they could even take a single step forward.
"A SURPRISE BLITZ!" the announcer roared, the stadium exploding into shouts. "The Specialists weren't looking at the Summoners at all! It was a complete misdirection! They caught the Enchanters completely off guard!"
Within the blinding glare of the light, Logan the Dragoon launched himself high into the air. His heavy armor scraped against the gray clouds as he soared toward the blinded grove, his massive spear gleaming with raw, crackling draconic runes.
